In December 2024, Christopher Ward and Time+Tide announced a three-month pilot that brought selected Christopher Ward watches to Time+Tide’s London Discovery Studio. The announcement named the C1 Bel Canto Classic, C1 Moonphase 37mm and a purple-dial version of The Twelve. Time+Tide’s current Studio page lists the London address and opening hours, but does not confirm that the pilot or any Christopher Ward display is still in place.
What the Christopher Ward–Time+Tide partnership involved
Time+Tide said the collaboration began with Christopher Ward’s prominent presence at its British Weekender event, then expanded into a longer stay at the London Discovery Studio. On 6 December 2024, Time+Tide editor Andrew McUtchen described the arrangement as a three-month pilot.
For Christopher Ward CEO Mike France, the pilot was a way to explore a physical presence without committing to conventional retail. In the announcement, France explained: “The reason we haven’t experimented with traditional retail is simple – it requires pricing that would break our direct-to-customer model which is core to our business.” He added: “That’s why we are piloting this partnership for the next three months.” Time+Tide’s 6 December 2024 announcement did not report sales results or other measured outcomes.

The announcement invited visitors to see and try several watches, naming:

Those are the models identified in the announcement, not a full catalogue or a confirmation of current stock. It did not provide complete specifications or a price comparison.

The same page lists opening hours as Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00, and Sunday closed. It describes the Studio as a place for hands-on watch discovery, but does not say that Christopher Ward remains there or that any named model is available to try.

Can you still try Christopher Ward watches there?
The available announcement documents a pilot announced in December 2024; it does not establish what happened after the three-month period. The current Studio page gives general visitor details without confirming a continuing Christopher Ward presence. Contact the Studio before travelling specifically to see a Christopher Ward watch, and ask about the particular model you want to handle.

The idea of the Studio predated the Christopher Ward announcement. In a 18 July 2024 preview, Time+Tide described plans for permanent areas for brands, temporary exhibition space and room for events. Time+Tide later reported that the Studio officially opened on 28 October 2024. The Christopher Ward pilot was therefore a temporary brand presence within a broader watch-discovery venue, rather than evidence that the brand had adopted a permanent conventional retail network.
