The dimensions, movement, functions and water-resistance description are from Citizen US; the weight is listed by Citizen Canada. Citizen says of the light-powered movement, “This watch never needs a battery.” That is the manufacturer’s description of its Eco-Drive system.
How does the watch reference the Fantastic Four?
Citizen says the dial’s wavy marker at 12 o’clock represents Mister Fantastic’s stretching ability. The blue dial has a vertical brush pattern and applied white luminous markers. The team logo appears on the caseback and again on the collectible coin included in the boxed set. These are Citizen’s stated design references, not an independent assessment of the styling.

The licensed details are concentrated in the dial, caseback and packaging, while the underlying watch retains a conventional three-hand, day-date layout. That makes the character connection visible without changing the basic function of the watch.

Citizen describes the case and bracelet as made from its proprietary Super Titanium, claiming the material is five times harder and 40% lighter than stainless steel. Is the Citizen Fantastic Four watch worth it?
The published facts make the AW0131-66W easiest to assess as a character-themed watch with a defined set of practical specifications: a 39 mm case, sapphire crystal, 100 m water resistance, day-date display and light-powered movement, plus a collectible coin. Whether those features justify the local price depends on how much the buyer values the licensed design and Super Titanium construction.
