Delugs lists a wrist range of 13.5–20 cm, while short-lug clearance and fixed bars can rule out some watches. Here’s what the brand’s specifications and fit guidance establish—and what they don’t.
What is the Delugs Delcro?
Delugs describes Delcro as a fabric strap with a hook-and-loop closure that adjusts along a loop surface. Unlike a strap that depends on a fixed hole or a set length, it can be fastened at different points to accommodate the wearer’s wrist. Delugs says its construction differs from conventional hook-and-loop straps, which it describes as having the fastening material stitched onto a canvas or leather base. The company lists the hook surface as 2.2 mm thick and the loop surface as 2.8 mm, compressible to 1.6 mm. The page also says two quick-release spring bars are included. These are listed product specifications; check the live listing for the specific color and variant before ordering.
Will it fit your wrist and watch?
Delugs lists a wrist-size range of 13.5–20 cm. Its support FAQ says the company tested the strap on a Swatch x Omega with a 50 mm lug-to-lug length across that wrist range. Delugs cautions that the strap end lands differently depending on wrist size, so the fit’s appearance can vary. Before buying, check the watch as well as your wrist:
- Measure the lug width and choose the corresponding strap width.
- Confirm the watch has conventional spring-bar lugs and enough clearance for the strap to pass through.
- Check that fixed bars do not prevent installation. Delugs says the current design does not fit fixed-lug watches such as the Tudor FXD.
- Consider where the strap end will sit once fastened; being within the listed wrist range does not guarantee the look or position you prefer.
Case clearance is a specific concern. Delugs warns that the strap will not fit watches with very short lugs and names Ming, F.P. Journe, and Cartier Tanks as examples. These examples describe the brand’s warning, not a model-by-model compatibility list.

How does it compare with Delugs’ Elastic Loop?
Delugs describes its Elastic Loop as fixed-size and the Delcro as adjustable. The company also says Delcro feels softer to the touch and more structured than the Elastic Loop. These are Delugs’ comparisons; the sources do not establish an independent head-to-head assessment. Delugs’ Delcro FAQ
How do you wear and care for it?
Delugs says the strap can be worn with the end tab pulled toward either 12 o’clock or 6 o’clock. It calls the 12 o’clock orientation the official one. The brand also says Delcro can be worn swimming in a pool or the sea. After swimming, its guidance is to wash it gently with non-abrasive tools and gentle washing agents. The FAQ does not specify a particular cleaning product or drying method.

Delugs advertises a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and easy returns; consult its current terms for the conditions and exclusions before relying on either statement.
