Eterna’s current shop listing gives related Royal KonTiki GMT variants a 42.3 mm case diameter and 100 m water resistance. It also lists a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. These are specifications for the listed current family, not automatic confirmation of the exact historical model’s configuration.
Calibre 3945A and the Spherodrive description
Both the 2013 report and Eterna’s current listing identify automatic Calibre 3945A. The current shop lists 35 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and a 60-hour power reserve for its listed GMT variants.

Time and Watches says the 3945A is based on Eterna’s Calibre 39, development of which began in 2007, and includes Spherodrive technology. The report describes ball bearings with small, self-lubricating zirconium-oxide spheres, intended to let components rotate more smoothly with less wear.
