Breitling’s 140th-anniversary perpetual-calendar trio comprises the Premier B19 Datora 42, Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar and Super Chronomat B19 44 Perpetual Calendar. Launched in 2024, each was limited to 140 pieces. Their shared Caliber B19 combines a chronograph, perpetual calendar and moon phase; the designs express three distinct collection identities rather than one watch in three sizes.
One movement, three Breitling identities
Breitling introduced the watches as part of its “140 Years of Firsts” anniversary celebration. The Federation of the Swiss watch industry FH described Caliber B19 in a September 5, 2024 report as Breitling’s first perpetual-calendar chronograph movement. Breitling says it is based on its original manufacture Caliber 01 and was designed and assembled at Breitling Chronometrie in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Each model was limited to 140 pieces, according to Breitling’s anniversary overview and its Navitimer product page.
The B19 pairs chronograph functions with a full calendar and moon phase. FH’s published specifications say it automatically accounts for leap years and months of 28, 30 and 31 days, offers approximately 96 hours of power reserve, and can run nearly a century without major adjustment. Those are published movement claims, not results of independent testing. “Nearly a century” refers to the stated adjustment interval; it does not mean the watch is maintenance-free. The cited material does not specify service intervals or what happens if the watch runs down.
A solid-gold rotor engraved with the historic Montbrillant Manufactory is another shared detail. Breitling says the La Chaux-de-Fonds building served as its manufacture and home to three generations of the Breitling family.

The Navitimer’s figures come from Breitling’s UK product page. They should not be transferred to the Premier or Super Chronomat: the cited overview does not establish that those watches share its dimensions, water resistance, price or clasp material.
What the anniversary presentation includes
Each watch is presented in a suede-lined wooden box configurable to display up to three watches. The box has a storage drawer and removable travel pouch. The package also includes a personalized deluxe edition of Breitling: 140 Years in 140 Stories, published by Rizzoli in 2024, with the selected anniversary watch on its cover. The inclusion is confirmed as part of the watch presentation; standalone availability of this edition is not established by the cited sources.

When accessed on October 3, 2026, Breitling’s UK page listed the Navitimer reference RB19101A1H1P1 at GBP 57,750 including VAT. The available official product descriptions and FH’s 2024 movement report establish the trio’s designs, launch context and published specifications. They do not provide hands-on wear impressions or independent testing of accuracy, durability or comfort. The result is a clear design distinction—the Premier’s classic detailing, Navitimer’s aviation slide rule and Super Chronomat’s more overtly technical, skeletonized look—on a common complication platform, without a basis here for ranking how they perform on the wrist.
