Introduced in September 2025, the Glashütte Original PanoMaticLunar Anniversary Edition pairs a platinum 40 mm case with a dark-blue aventurine dial and moon-phase disc. The automatic watch is limited to 180 pieces worldwide across two strap versions; its official price is available upon request.
Aventurine anchors the off-center display
The dial’s dark-blue aventurine gives the anniversary edition its defining surface. Glashütte Original uses the same material for the moon-phase disc, where domed white mother-of-pearl forms mark the moons. The effect is a continuous blue field across the two displays, with the pale moon shapes providing contrast.

The PanoMaticLunar’s characteristic asymmetry organizes the other indications around that surface: hours and minutes sit off-center, small seconds occupy a separate subdial, and the Panorama Date appears in a two-window display. The moon phase is positioned at 2 o’clock. Applied solid-gold indexes and luminous dots add the dial’s markers; the Panorama Date is white against black.
Case and movement
The case is platinum, measuring 40.00 mm in diameter and 12.80 mm high. Its stated water resistance is 5 bar. A sapphire case back reveals the automatic Calibre 92-14.

The movement runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and has a stated power reserve of 100 hours. Its listed construction and finishing details include a gray-galvanized three-quarter plate with Glashütte stripe finish, a hand-engraved balance bridge, and a silicon balance spring. A skeletonized off-center rotor carries a 21-carat gold oscillating weight; two swan-neck springs are used for regulation. The manufacturer also lists blued and polished screws, polished steel parts, and beveled, polished edges.
Two strap references, one 180-piece edition
The manufacturer documents two blue strap configurations. Both are part of the same worldwide limit of 180 watches, not separate 180-piece runs.

The stated lug width is 20 mm. Glashütte Original says additional straps can be purchased individually, but compatible choices and clasp options should be confirmed with the brand or an authorized dealer. The alligator version’s price may depend on whether it is paired with a pin buckle or folding clasp.

Glashütte Original announced the edition on 26 September 2025 and said it would be available from September 2025 at its boutiques and authorized dealers worldwide. That is the launch timing stated in the release, not confirmation of current stock in any particular market.
