What does the X-Wind function do?
Hamilton says it developed the X-Wind concept with aerobatics pilots, including Nicolas Ivanoff, to help calculate drift angle from wind direction. In aviation, wind can push an aircraft off its intended course; accounting for that drift supports navigation.
