What the Perpetual-Doppel does
This is a watch built around two separate high complications: a perpetual calendar and a split-seconds, or rattrapante, chronograph. The calendar displays the date, weekday, month, leap year and moon phase. The chronograph has a 30-minute counter and is operated by a monopusher.
A split-seconds chronograph uses a second chronograph hand to time an intermediate event: press the rattrapante control to stop that hand while the primary chronograph hand continues, then release it and the stopped hand catches up. Habring²’s 2019 magazine describes the operation and the watch’s historical specifications: Habring² magazine (2019).

Case size and wrist presence
Model-specific reports give the Perpetual-Doppel a 43 mm diameter and 12 mm height. Do not substitute Habring²’s general technical-page default of 38.5 mm: that figure applies to models unless a model is separately specified, and the Perpetual-Doppel has its own published dimensions. The 43 mm case houses both complications and their indications, while the 12 mm height is the reported thickness. Those measurements offer a useful starting point, but they do not establish how the watch will sit on every wrist; try it on if fit is a deciding factor.
Live photos and dial details
Monochrome’s hands-on article includes photographs of the watch and is the most directly relevant published visual coverage: Habring² Perpetual-Doppel: hands-on coverage and photos. The silver-dial configuration pairs warm-coloured numerals and hands with blue chronograph hands, distinguishing the timekeeping display from the calendar and chronograph indications. Other dial colours were reported in that coverage, but their current orderability is not confirmed.

Price and availability
Monochrome Watches and Hodinkee reported a price of €21,500 in launch-era coverage around 2019. It should be treated as historical, not as a current quote or a guarantee of what the watch costs in a particular market. Habring² says local prices vary with regional tax and directs customers to an authorised sales partner or the company for valid pricing. Habring² FAQ; Monochrome Watches; Hodinkee.
The same FAQ states that Habring² can produce around 200 watches per year and lists a 20-piece annual production exception for the Perpetual-Doppel. These are brand-stated production figures, not evidence of current stock, order status or sales volume. Check directly with the company or an authorised partner to establish availability.
