The Louis Erard x Vianney Halter II Worldwide Edition is the monochrome anchor of the 2025 “World Tour”: a silver-dial regulator with the collaboration’s industrial case details, made in a limited run of 178. The city editions retain that base design while changing the running-seconds hand and caseback inscription. The Worldwide reference is 85246AA01.BVA180; Louis Erard lists it at CHF 4,500 excluding tax.
Worldwide Edition: the monochrome starting point
The official name is Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Vianney Halter II – Worldwide Edition. Its silver monochrome dial gives the asymmetric regulator layout a quieter, more unified look than a multi-color treatment. Rhodium-plated, circular satin-brushed elements, polished chamfers, a vertically satin-brushed base, black transfers and logos at 2 and 8 o’clock provide the dial’s texture. The blued-steel hands are a signature detail of the Vianney Halter collaboration. Louis Erard’s product page identifies the reference as 85246AA01.BVA180 and lists the edition at 178 pieces.
In the regulator arrangement, the central hand indicates minutes; hours and running seconds appear in separate off-center subdials. The layout foregrounds the minutes rather than using the conventional central hour-and-minute pair. Around it, the case’s stepped bezel and 12 polished red-gilt 5N rivets continue the collaboration’s industrial, riveted visual language. The crown sits at 2 o’clock.
How the city editions differ
The World Tour builds on the Worldwide silver-dial design with city-linked versions. In the announced initial releases, the variation is deliberately focused: the running-seconds hand takes a local color, while the caseback wording is adapted for the city. The following launch details were reported in September 2025; they describe the initial stops, not necessarily the complete or current tour.

City colors, quantities, retail partners and dates are reported by Timekeepers Club’s September 2025 World Tour announcement; Monochrome also describes the silver base and city-specific seconds-hand colors in its 2025 first look. The announcement said more cities and dates would follow. The sources do not establish a U.S.-specific edition, nor do they establish that every city drop has the same price as the Worldwide Edition.
Louis Erard CEO Manuel Emch described the concept to Timekeepers Club this way: “We turn every city into a stage, every release into an event and every second into something worth hunting.” It is a succinct description of the event-led approach, not evidence of consumer response or sales performance.

At that listed price, the defining proposition is the combination of a regulator display, Halter-associated design details and a small numbered Worldwide run, rather than a city-specific seconds-hand color or inscription. A city version may appeal more to someone with a connection to one of the tour locations, but its price should be checked with its retailer rather than assumed to match the Worldwide Edition.
