Does Genteel Handmade make straps for my watch?
The range of materials and formats does not by itself confirm fit for a particular watch. Before ordering, compare the watch’s lug width and attachment style with the strap specifications, then confirm strap length, taper and buckle or deployant format. Shipping costs and possible import charges
Genteel’s FAQ says it ships worldwide using FedEx. It lists €9 shipping for orders under €300 and free shipping for orders over €300. The page does not specify the treatment of an order totaling exactly €300, so confirm that threshold with the seller if relevant. Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur import charges payable by the purchaser; the amount depends on destination and is not predictable by the seller. Can I return a custom Genteel Handmade strap?
According to the company’s FAQ and returns page, made-to-order and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged just because the buyer changes their mind. For a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match confirmed specifications, Genteel asks customers to contact it within 30 days of delivery.
