OMEGA’s operating instructions take a more restrictive position: “Only OMEGA straps, specially designed for these folding clasps, should be used.” The instructions also recommend having a new clasp fitted by an authorized OMEGA service centre. Genteel’s design claim and OMEGA’s official guidance are distinct; buying the strap does not establish OMEGA approval or warranty implications.
