What changes between the three colorways?

The cited launch and product information does not establish performance differences among these references. The included mesh bracelet also gives each watch a second, less color-matched wearing option.

These are manual-winding mechanical chronographs, not automatic watches. Hamilton identifies the green reference’s caliber as the H-51 and gives it a 60-hour power reserve; Fratello reports the same movement and reserve across the launch models, with 27 jewels. Hamilton’s product copy describes the H-51 as a mechanical chronograph movement and instructs the wearer to wind it by turning the crown clockwise. Its same page also uses “automatic chronograph” in descriptive copy, an apparent wording inconsistency; the movement specification and winding instructions support describing this watch as hand-wound.
