Its familiar rectangular case comes in distinct steel and pink-gold executions, and the differences matter: the pink-gold Q713216J is thinner and comes on an integrated Milanese bracelet, while the steel Q713843J has a silvered-grey dial and strap.
The listed case length is 45.6 mm for both current official variants, so the best way to judge fit is to try the watch on rather than rely on wrist circumference alone. Below are the key specifications, the differences between references, and what reported try-ons suggest about wearing it.
What the Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds is
The Monoface Small Seconds pairs the Reverso’s swivelling case with a single dial side and a small-seconds display at 6 o’clock. Both variants covered here use Jaeger-LeCoultre’s manually wound Calibre 822. The steel Q713843J has a silvered-grey opaline dial and strap; the pink-gold Q713216J, also identified by Jaeger-LeCoultre as Or Deco, has a golden grained dial and Milanese gold mesh bracelet.
Jaeger-LeCoultre describes Reverso as a model created in 1931 that has remained “eternally modern.” The brand’s Reverso Tribute collection page provides the family context; the individual references are not interchangeable when checking specifications or strap fit.

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s official pages list 3-bar water resistance for both references. That rating alone does not establish whether swimming or another specific water activity is suitable; consult the manufacturer for guidance before exposing the watch to water.
The dimensions above are for the current official references Q713843J and Q713216J. A 2024 Fratello review covers a different steel reference, Q713842J, and reports dimensions of 27.4 × 45.6 × 8.5 mm, a 42-hour reserve, and 30 m / 3 ATM water resistance. Those review details should not be assumed to apply to Q713843J.

How it wears: size, thickness and wrist fit
The 45.6 mm case length is a useful starting point, but a rectangular watch can sit and feel different from a round watch with the same stated length. Wrist shape, how the case rests across the wrist, and personal preference all affect the impression. Try it on if possible, ideally with the specific bracelet or strap you plan to wear.
Fit reports illustrate the subjectivity. Fratello’s reviewer said the steel Q713842J felt too large on a 17 cm wrist. In a separate hands-on review of the pink-gold Q713216J, Fratello’s author said the 45.6 mm case worked on an 18 cm wrist. These are individual try-on experiences, not a sizing rule for everyone.

The official thickness figures also differ: 8.51 mm for steel Q713843J and 7.56 mm for pink gold Q713216J. The thinner pink-gold execution is paired with a mesh bracelet, while the steel model is shown on a strap. Case thickness is only one part of wearability, so a direct try-on remains more informative than comparing millimetres alone.
Changing the strap or bracelet
Jaeger-LeCoultre lists a strap for steel Q713843J, describes a matching Casa Fagliano option, and offers a strap finder on its product page. The Q713216J is specified with an integrated sliding-clasp Milanese bracelet. The available information does not establish that a generic strap or bracelet will fit either reference, or that the two variants share compatible fittings.

For the pink-gold Q713216J, Fratello reported €44,800 including taxes in 2025. These figures refer to different references, dates, and markets; check with a local Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique or retailer for current pricing in your region.

Fratello’s 2025 review also reports a 42-hour reserve and 21,600 vibrations per hour for the pink-gold model. Its author praised the Milanese bracelet’s traditional construction and integrated sliding clasp. Hodinkee likewise highlighted the bracelet as a distinctive element of the 2025 execution, a design assessment rather than a performance measurement.
