What is reference 4300V/120R-B642?
It is the pink-gold version of Vacheron Constantin’s Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Skeleton, introduced in 2022. The openworked dial reveals the perpetual-calendar movement beneath it, while blue accents contrast with the warm case and bracelet. What the perpetual calendar displays—and when it needs correction
The indications cover day, date, month and leap year, with a moon-phase display. The calendar is described as requiring no correction until 2100. That is a statement about the calendar’s programmed cycle, not a guarantee that a mechanical watch will keep perfect time without ordinary winding, setting or servicing. The claim should also be understood with its stated boundary: it does not promise perpetual calendar accuracy after 2100.
For the skeleton line, Vacheron’s related-reference description says the NAC-coated calibre can be viewed through the sapphire dial and caseback. The visible architecture gives the calendar mechanism a prominent role, though the openworked layout may make the indications less immediately legible than a solid dial.

Vacheron’s listing for related reference 4300V/220R-B642 describes a pink-gold bracelet and dark-blue calfskin and rubber strap options. Phillips’ record for an example of exact reference 4300V/120R-B642 lists the bracelet together with additional calfskin and rubber straps. That auction set demonstrates a configuration, not a guarantee that every watch sold today includes all three.
Check the specific watch’s documentation and seller listing for included straps, clasp or buckle, and any accessories. Strap availability and exact contents can differ by individual sale; the related-reference product page does not establish what comes with a particular B642 example.

Hodinkee listed the price as available upon request. Phillips records a CHF124,460 sale for lot 68, an example of 4300V/120R-B642 sold at auction in 2023.
