The HONOR Watch 5 pairs a 1.85-inch AMOLED display with GPS and health-tracking features. HONOR advertises up to 15 days of battery life, but that figure comes from a defined laboratory-use scenario—not a guarantee of everyday runtime. The available product information does not establish an independent hands-on result or substantiate a specific design comparison.
What the HONOR Watch 5 offers
HONOR describes the Watch 5 as having a streamlined metallic design, curved lines and a 45-tooth CNC knob. Those are the manufacturer’s design descriptions; they do not establish that the watch copies or closely resembles another model.
HONOR’s global product overview lists a 1.85-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz. A Hong Kong Telecommunications / CSL Mobile product information sheet also identifies a 1.85-inch AMOLED screen and lists Bluetooth 5.2. That sheet is regional product documentation, not an independent performance test. HONOR’s product overview and the Hong Kong product information sheet provide the cited specifications.
The sources available here do not establish detailed values for resolution, dimensions, weight, battery capacity or sensors. Those figures are best left unspecified rather than borrowed from another HONOR watch.

Does the HONOR Watch 5 really last 15 days?
HONOR promotes “One Full Charge 15 Days of Power.” The claim is based on an HONOR Lab scenario with the watch paired to an Honor phone; HONOR also says actual battery life varies with user habits and conditions. The result should be read as a manufacturer estimate under those conditions, not as a promise of 15 days for every wearer.
The stated Smart-mode scenario includes:
- Continuous heart-rate measurement and Healthy Sleep enabled.
- 30 minutes of Bluetooth calls and 30 minutes of music per week.
- 90 minutes of GPS-enabled exercise per week.
- 50 message notifications and six incoming calls.
- Three alarms per day and 200 screen activations per day.
HONOR also says the Watch 5 has 21% greater battery energy density than the previous generation. The accessible product-page passage does not identify the previous model, so that comparison remains a manufacturer claim rather than a directly verifiable model-to-model result. Neither figure is an independent battery test. HONOR’s product page gives the claim and its usage caveat.

GPS and health features: useful context, not medical advice
HONOR lists GPS tracking and displays for heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂) and sleep. Feature availability can vary by market: HONOR says SpO₂ is unavailable in Chinese Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.
HONOR states: “This product is not a medical device but is for health management. The measured data and results are for reference only, and do not serve as a basis for diagnosis or treatment.” Treat readings as general wellness information, not a diagnosis or substitute for professional medical advice. HONOR’s product page contains the limitation and regional availability note.

Phone compatibility and straps
The Hong Kong Telecommunications / CSL Mobile product sheet lists compatibility with Android 9.0 or later and iOS 12 or later. These are requirements stated in a Hong Kong regional document; confirm the requirements for the version sold in your market. The same sheet lists a charging cable in the package. See the Hong Kong product information sheet.
HONOR says the watch supports standard 22 mm universal straps. Width alone does not guarantee a fit: check the attachment style and clearance against the watch and strap listing before buying. HONOR’s global overview gives the strap-width specification.

UK price and availability
When the HONOR UK store page was accessed on 8 October 2026, it showed £99.99 for Black and Gold and £119.99 for Green. These are point-in-time UK offer prices; they may change and should not be treated as universal prices or as current offers in other regions. Check the HONOR UK store listing.
What the available evidence does—and does not—show
The manufacturer material establishes the advertised display, features, strap width and battery scenario. The Hong Kong sheet adds regional compatibility and package information. Neither source provides independent hands-on testing, so there is no verified real-world battery result or GPS assessment to report here. The “somewhat familiar design” framing is likewise not established by a cited comparison; the sourced description is HONOR’s own, not an independent design analysis.
