The Nezumi Corbeau — Pan Am Edition (reference CQ4S.PA) is a 200-piece aviation-branded take on the Corbeau chronograph. Its Seiko VK63 meca-quartz movement, 40 mm steel case, 12-hour bezel and Pan Am dial and caseback details give it a distinctive mix of timing functions and airline nostalgia. The launch prices are historical, and whether the limited edition is still available is unknown.
What makes this a Pan Am edition?
Nezumi built the watch around its Corbeau chronograph and added Pan Am branding to the dial and caseback. Fratello’s Michael Stockton introduced reference CQ4S.PA on May 7, 2025, describing it as an aviation-themed collaboration and a limited edition of 200 pieces. Fratello also notes Nezumi had previously collaborated with carmaker RUF. Fratello’s introduction to the Corbeau — Pan Am Edition is the source for those launch details.
The branding is integrated into the watch rather than limited to a name: the Pan Am logo appears in the running-seconds register, and the steel caseback has an embossed Pan Am emblem alongside the Nezumi name. A blue strap is included with a black one, giving owners a second color that complements the aviation theme.
For context, Nezumi’s current catalog describes the broader Corbeau family as inspired by classic mil-spec watches, with an emphasis on dial legibility and a 120-click bezel. Its catalog view lists other Corbeau chronograph references, not CQ4S.PA; that does not establish whether the Pan Am edition is unavailable elsewhere. Nezumi’s current watch catalog distinguishes the wider collection from this special edition. Fratello reports that Pan Am last flew in 1991; that historical date is attributed here to Fratello rather than an independently reviewed archive.

What are the dial and timing functions?
The matte-black sandwich dial uses printed Super-LumiNova X1 Arabic numerals and luminous central hour and minute hands. Two off-white subdials break up the dark surface: one records elapsed chronograph minutes, while the other is a 24-hour indicator. A blue, arrow-tipped central hand marks chronograph seconds.
The VK63 movement supports central hours and minutes, running seconds, a 24-hour register, and a central chronograph seconds hand with a 60-minute totalizer. Outside the dial, the unidirectional bezel provides a 12-hour scale and turns in 120 clicks. That scale adds elapsed-time and second-time-zone-style timing potential, but it is not a substitute for a dedicated time-zone display.
Fratello identifies the movement as Seiko’s VK63 meca-quartz calibre and reports approximately three years of battery life and accuracy of ±20 seconds per month. Those are specifications reported in the article; they were not independently tested for this feature. The meca-quartz description indicates a quartz-powered movement with a mechanical-style chronograph operation, rather than a fully mechanical calibre.
Case, crystal and water resistance
Fratello reports a brushed 316L stainless-steel case measuring 40 mm across, 47 mm lug-to-lug and 12.75 mm thick including the crystal. The relatively compact diameter is only part of the fit picture: the 47 mm lug-to-lug measurement and wrist shape also affect how the watch wears. Fratello specifies a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, a screw-in steel caseback, a push-pull signed crown and circular pump pushers.

The stated water resistance is 5 ATM/50 m. That rating should not be read as dive-watch certification or as evidence of suitability for scuba diving.

What comes with it?
Fratello reports two Juno straps in the package: one black and one Pan Am blue, each with a stainless-steel pin buckle. The straps are described as made from recycled apple pomace. The reviewed product information does not state the lug width, so check the watch’s fit requirements before buying a replacement strap rather than assuming a size.
Launch price and current availability
Published launch pricing differs by source and date. Fratello’s May 7, 2025 feature listed €464 excluding VAT, with a two-year warranty and deliveries expected to begin in July 2025. A Japanese-language Watch LIFE NEWS report dated October 12, 2025, gave a price of €475. Neither figure should be treated as a current price or converted into a present-day offer without checking a seller’s terms. Watch LIFE NEWS’s October 2025 report is the source for its figure.
Nezumi’s catalog view currently lists standard Corbeau references but does not establish whether the Pan Am edition remains for sale. Current stock, resale inventory and transaction prices have not been verified. Check with Nezumi or a reputable seller for availability and the terms of any offer.
Who is it for?
The Corbeau — Pan Am Edition makes the most sense for someone drawn to its specific combination: airline branding, a high-contrast chronograph dial, a quartz-powered chronograph movement, and an external 12-hour bezel. The 200-piece limit adds scarcity to the design, but it does not by itself establish resale value or make the watch the right choice for every buyer.
Before buying, weigh the reported 40 mm diameter and 47 mm lug-to-lug against your wrist, decide whether the 24-hour register and bezel are useful to you, and confirm the seller’s price, availability and warranty. The available information supports a feature-based assessment, not a hands-on performance ranking.
