Cartier’s Panthère product guidance asks customers to measure wrist size in millimeters and select a fit. Ask about links for your specific Panthère
Cartier says links removed from a Panthère are supplied with the watch. If you need additional links, its product guidance says to contact Cartier. Ask about availability for the exact watch reference rather than assuming links are interchangeable across Panthère models; the guidance does not give a universal compatibility chart.

Cartier’s separate paper bracelet sizing guide is for measuring a jewelry bracelet, not for altering a Panthère watch bracelet. It instructs users to print at 100% on A4 paper, measure around the thickest part of the wrist (usually the wrist joint), and add one centimeter for a loose fit. For the watch, use Cartier’s watch sizing guidance and have link changes handled through the appropriate service channel.
