Where to buy a Czapek Promenade
Czapek sells directly and directs buyers to its official retail network. Ask about the specific reference you want: a Promenade collection page may show a sold-out model alongside another listing, and those listings can change.

For example, Czapek’s US collection page showed the Promenade as sold out while listing the Promenade Midnight Pearl at $26,300. The official Transparencies Aqua Blue page also said sold out. Check the exact reference with Czapek or the seller before making plans.

James Porter & Son identifies itself as an official UK Czapek stockist and presents Promenade as available online and in-store. Confirm its current authorization and whether it can supply your chosen reference. A retailer’s general Promenade listing is not confirmation of physical stock.

The Plissé Ivory page says qualifying non-Swiss residents who buy or collect the watch in Switzerland can claim a full tax refund. Confirm eligibility and the process with Czapek; do not assume a refund applies to every buyer or purchase.

How long delivery may take
Czapek says the Ecume des Jours is made on demand and currently takes approximately 12 months to craft. After order confirmation, the brand says it will provide a scheduled production month within a few weeks and then send quarterly updates. The Plissé Ivory page also gives an approximate 12-month timeframe. These are estimates for those listed models, not guaranteed delivery dates for every Promenade.
Ask the seller to put the expected delivery date or production estimate in your order confirmation. Clarify whether the watch is in stock, awaiting production, or available only through a reservation process.

What to verify before paying
Reference and configuration
Have the order confirmation or invoice identify the exact model and reference, dial, case material, edition, strap or bracelet, condition, and included documents. Promenade variants can differ in details that affect both price and availability.
Seller and warranty
Czapek says purchases made directly from the brand or through its official retailers include a three-year international product warranty. Confirm in writing that the seller is currently authorized and that the warranty applies to your particular purchase. Ask for the warranty terms and applicable return and cancellation terms for your jurisdiction rather than assuming direct-sale terms govern a third-party sale.

Final cost and delivery
Request the total price in your local currency, including applicable taxes, shipping, and any other charges, along with the delivery estimate. A listed price that excludes VAT or a listing in another market’s currency is not the final amount you will pay.
Pre-owned watches
For a pre-owned Promenade, request provenance and have the reference and serial details checked with Czapek or an authorized service point. That is a prudent check, not a complete authentication procedure; obtain appropriate assurance about authenticity and condition before committing.

Which Promenade details matter when comparing models?
Czapek’s standard Promenade pages describe a 38 mm case, an automatic SXH5-family movement with a recycled platinum micro-rotor, a 60-hour power reserve, and 50 m/5 ATM water resistance. Nubuck straps and a Milanese steel bracelet are offered on relevant versions. The skeletonized Transparencies models have different movement details, so check the product page for the precise reference rather than applying the standard movement description to the whole range.
Czapek describes the 50 m rating as suitable for everyday immersion and says it does not recommend swimming with the watch. Treat that guidance as distinct from the water-resistance figure itself.
