There is no single pairing app or setup sequence for every Swiss smartwatch. Check the exact model and its manual first, then use the companion app and steps specified for that watch. The Swissmilitary app FAQ and the SwissOne SW 750 Pro manual, for example, describe different pairing flows.
Before pairing, identify the watch and its app
Check the model name on the watch, its packaging, or its manual. A Swiss-made or Swiss-branded watch does not necessarily use one universal app. Swiss Military Hanowa, for example, organizes its manuals by named watch model in its manual index; use the documentation for your specific watch rather than assuming instructions for another brand or model apply.
Charge or turn on the watch as its own manual directs. The Swissmilitary app FAQ says that, on first use, you should press and hold the up button to turn on a supported watch, and that its Bluetooth is discoverable by default. That button instruction is specific to the watches covered by that FAQ, not a general instruction for all Swiss smartwatches. See the Swissmilitary app FAQ.
Pair a watch supported by the Swissmilitary app FAQ
- Prepare the phone. Turn on Bluetooth and install or update the sports app specified for the watch.
- Open the app and grant its requested permissions. The FAQ directs users to allow the permissions the app requests.
- Add the watch in the app. Open Device > Add Device, then select the matching watch from the discovered-device list.
- Approve the pairing request. Accept the prompt on the watch when it appears, and follow any additional on-screen prompts.
These steps describe the Swissmilitary FAQ’s supported app flow; do not assume another watch uses the same app or menu labels.

Follow model-specific steps when the watch requires them
SwissOne SW 750 Pro on iPhone
The SwissOne SW 750 Pro manual describes a two-part connection for iPhone: select 750 Pro_LE in the SwissFit HR Pro app, then select 750 Pro in iPhone Bluetooth settings. The two names are different; follow the manual’s sequence rather than choosing whichever entry looks familiar.
This is a model-specific example, not a universal iPhone procedure. Other watches may pair entirely inside their companion app or specify a different settings step. Check the exact model manual for its connection flow.

If the watch does not connect or sync
For a Swissmilitary app connection
If the Swissmilitary app still fails to sync after its setup checks, its FAQ suggests turning phone Bluetooth off and back on. This is a basic reconnection step, not a guaranteed fix for every connection problem.
For other watch models
Use the recovery or reset instructions in that model’s manual. The Swissmilitary FAQ’s Bluetooth toggle advice should not be treated as a repair procedure for watches using another app or pairing method.
