Start with TOZO Health: its Google Play listing names TOZO Watch1 as a compatible device. Turn on the watch and your phone’s Bluetooth, open the app, and use its add-device flow to look for Watch 1. TOZO’s available sources do not confirm the exact Watch 1 pairing screens, and they do not establish Watch 1’s iPhone compatibility, so iPhone owners should check the watch’s QR code or current model-specific TOZO instructions before choosing an app.
Before you pair: use the app listed for Watch 1
TOZO Health is the clearest starting point because its Google Play listing for TOZO Health for S3/S4/S6-10/W1 includes TOZO Watch1 in its compatible-device list. The listing establishes app compatibility but does not provide a Watch 1 pairing walkthrough.

Pair the Watch 1 with an Android phone
- Power on the Watch 1 and place it near your phone.
- Turn on Bluetooth in the phone’s settings.
- Install or open TOZO Health. Its Google Play listing identifies Watch1 as compatible.
- In the app, follow the prompt to add a device and choose the Watch 1 entry if it appears. The exact menu wording and screen sequence have not been confirmed for this model.
- Follow any further prompts shown by the app and watch. If Watch 1 does not appear, see the troubleshooting section below rather than selecting a different TOZO model.
Pair the Watch 1 with an iPhone
The available direct compatibility evidence is TOZO Health’s Google Play listing, which names Watch1. The collected TOZO sources do not establish Watch 1’s iPhone compatibility, a specific iPhone app, or a minimum iOS version. TOZO Wear being available for iPhone is not enough to confirm it works with Watch 1; its App Store listing names AcuFit GT.

If the QR code or current instructions do not identify an iPhone-compatible app, consult TOZO support before trying a different TOZO app.
If the Watch 1 does not appear in the app
- Confirm the watch is powered on and close enough to the phone.
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled, then close and reopen the app and try its add-device flow again.
- Use TOZO’s Product Usage and Tips index or support hub to find Watch 1-specific instructions. TOZO’s support materials include manuals, troubleshooting resources, and video tutorials.
- Do not rely on instructions to reset the watch, remove Bluetooth records, or grant a particular permission as a guaranteed Watch 1 fix; those steps are not confirmed in the available Watch 1 material.
Why other TOZO pairing instructions may not match
The detailed TOZO pairing sequence available for another model belongs to the S1, not Watch 1. TOZO’s S1 product page discusses S1 compatibility with most iOS and Android smartphones, and the S1 Smartwatch operating manual tells S1 owners to install TOZO Watch, open Device > Add Device, select the watch, and synchronize time. Those app and menu instructions are S1-specific; they do not verify Watch 1’s pairing sequence or phone compatibility.
