Pair the watch using Galaxy Wearable

If the watch will not connect

Try these steps in order:

1. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on the phone.
2. Move the phone and watch close together and clear of physical obstacles. Samsung gives 10 m (32 ft) as the maximum Bluetooth connection range in its US guidance, but the actual range depends on the environment.
3. Restart both the phone and the watch.
4. Reopen Galaxy Wearable and try pairing again. Update the app if an update is available.
5. If pairing still fails, recheck the phone’s Android version, RAM, model, and regional compatibility against Samsung’s current guidance.
