Their faceted 42 mm design comes from Hublot’s collaboration with artist and Sang Bleu founder Maxime Plescia-Buchi.
What are the two Sang Bleu watches?
These are blue-accented versions of the Spirit of Big Bang Sang Bleu, a Hublot collaboration with Maxime Plescia-Buchi, whom the brand describes as a typographer, tattooist, artist and founder of Sang Bleu. Hublot’s collection announcement describes a structured, faceted 42 mm case with a three-dimensional, ergonomic form. The paired Blue Ceramic and King Gold Blue watches were reported in 2024; they should not be presented as new 2026 releases.
Hublot’s broader Sang Bleu announcement also lists limited titanium and All Black ceramic editions, each limited to 200 pieces, and King Gold editions limited to 100. These figures describe the wider edition family, not additional blue variants.

Hublot’s official product page identifies the Blue Ceramic watch as reference 648.EX.0151.RX.MXM24. It lists the following specifications:

King Gold Blue: reported details and verification limits
A report dated August 28, 2024 identifies the King Gold Blue reference as 642.OX.7080.RX.SLB23 and the Blue Ceramic reference as 642.CI.7070.RX.SLB23. The reported Blue Ceramic reference differs from the reference on Hublot’s official product page, so 648.EX.0151.RX.MXM24 is the better reference to use when identifying the currently listed Blue Ceramic model. The King Gold reference is reported by the secondary source and was not confirmed on an accessible Hublot product page.
