Bianchet lists the model at CHF 55,500 excluding taxes, with a five-year guarantee; price and availability can change. These details refer specifically to the Titanium Black version, not every UltraFino variant.
Which B 1.618 UltraFino is this?
The subject here is Bianchet’s UltraFino Dial Titanium Black, reference UFFTDLTNBK. The family also includes other materials and versions, so its measurements, materials and listed price should not be generalized to the entire range.
The tonneau-shaped sports-watch design is built around a slim profile and an open view of the tourbillon. Bianchet’s collection language invokes the Golden Ratio, 1.618, as a design principle; that is brand framing, not a performance specification. The brand describes the broader collection on its Swiss Made tourbillon watches page.
How thin is the Titanium Black UltraFino?
Bianchet lists the Grade 5 titanium case at 40 mm wide, 47.39 mm long and 8.9 mm thick. The movement itself is listed as 3.85 mm thick. Those are separate measurements: the thinner caliber sits inside the complete watch, which also includes its case, crystals and other components.
#1 Best Overall
- Genuine Flying Tourbillon, 40H Power Reserve: 6 o'clock visible tourbillon, Caliber 8001 manual wind, no battery, NOT automatic, accuracy-tested 15+ days. Slim 11mm profile slips under shirt cuffs — a distinguished gift for watch enthusiasts and collectors.
- Starry Sky Dial, Sun + Moon + Constellations: deep blue multi-layer dial with golden sun at 12H and silver moon at 3H; the 6 o'clock tourbillon rotates like a miniature galaxy; luminous sword hands for night reading.
- 316L Steel Case + Sapphire with AR Coating (Mohs 9): 40-42mm mirror-polished case with scratch-resistant anti-reflective sapphire; exhibition caseback reveals Geneva stripes and ruby bearings.
- 2 Straps Included (Steel + Leather): 316L 3-link steel bracelet + genuine black leather strap, butterfly clasps; 20mm lug width fits most third-party straps. Strap changes require a spring bar tool (not included).
- 5ATM (50M) Splash Protection Only: rain, splashes, hand washing — NOT for swimming, showering or diving; rinse after saltwater; wind daily. 3-year movement warranty; gift-ready for dad, husband or boyfriend.
The case combines Grade 5 titanium with vulcanized rubber. Sapphire crystal is fitted on the bezel and caseback. The resulting dimensions make slimness a defining part of this model’s specification, while its 47.39 mm length is worth considering alongside the 40 mm width when assessing how it may wear.
What movement powers the watch?
The UT01 is an automatic caliber with a 60-second flying tourbillon. Bianchet lists a frequency of 3 Hz, or 21,600 vibrations per hour, and 29 jewels. Its stated construction includes a variable-inertia balance wheel and a suspended barrel, and the movement is adapted to six positions.

- This tourbillon crafted by Swiss chief designer Etienne Ruffieux with modern architectural aesthetics, features a lightweight, comfortable, free-sprung balance flying tourbillon. It houses an independently developed architectural tourbillon movement adorned with oversized ruby bearings. The design aesthetic is expressed through the interplay of light and shadow created by its extreme skeletonization. The watch has been honored with the IAI Global Design Award for its outstanding original design.
- Independently developed CAL9001 free-sprung balance flying tourbillon movement, manual winding, 28,880 vibrations per hour, 25 ruby bearings. Features high-end finishing including satin brushing and beveled edges, engraved brand logo with gold-stamped. Dual mainspring series technology delivers 80-hour power reserve (twice that of standard tourbillon movements). This technology ensures more uniform and gradual mainspring release, resulting in enhanced timekeeping precision and stability.
- The CAL9001 tourbillon movement features the exclusive free-sprung micro-adjustment technology typically reserved for luxury timepieces. This free-sprung system eliminates the need for a balance spring regulator, thereby overcoming the timing inaccuracies caused by regulator displacement in conventional mechanical movements. This ensures the watch delivers enhanced precision and stability in timekeeping.
- This tourbillon measures 40mm in diameter and just 9.7mm in thickness, weighing a mere 67 grams. Its meticulously engineered structure and radically skeletonized tourbillon movement eliminate all superfluous metal components, allowing the mechanical artistry of the free-sprung flying tourbillon to shine in its purest form. It is an exquisite, high-end tourbillon watch that is both ultra-thin and supremely comfortable.
- The watch is water-resistant to 50 meters, featuring a double-sided sapphire crystal and an Italian leather strap with hand-stitched detailing for comfortable and durable wear. We offer a three-year worldwide warranty.
The main plate, bridges and tourbillon cage are Grade 5 titanium; the rotor is solid gold, according to Bianchet. The flying tourbillon is the watch’s central mechanical feature, displayed without the usual supporting bridge above the cage.
What durability and water-resistance ratings does Bianchet give?
Bianchet states water resistance of 5 ATM and shock resistance up to 5,000 G for the Titanium Black model. These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent test results established here. A 5 ATM rating should not be read as a guarantee that the watch is suitable for every water activity; follow Bianchet’s care guidance for use and servicing.

A separate Maserati edition
Bianchet’s Titanium Black watch should not be confused with the UltraFino Maserati limited edition. Maserati announced that separate collaboration as a 100-piece edition for Watches and Wonders 2026. The announcement supplies collaboration context; it does not make the Titanium Black model part of that edition.
