Announced on June 6, 2024, the 250-piece collaboration was based on the JB200 PoulPro and was originally offered exclusively through Jacques Bianchi Marseille’s web store, according to Monochrome Watches’ launch report.
What makes the Night Diver distinctive?
The watch’s main design contrast is straightforward: its case and bezel are black, while the dial is designed to glow across its surface. Monochrome’s launch coverage describes the dial as fully luminescent, with black printed markers, an octopus motif and other black details, including the date disc. The black aluminium bezel insert also has a luminescent scale. This treatment puts nighttime legibility at the center of the design rather than using lume only for hands and selected markers.
The case uses a left-side crown, the “destro” layout associated with the JB200 PoulPro. In this model, that placement gives the otherwise dark exterior a practical point of distinction as well as a visual one.

What the dimensions and specifications mean
Case size and fit
The 42 mm diameter is the most familiar measure of the case, but the 47 mm lug-to-lug length is also useful when judging how much wrist space the watch may occupy. Its reported 13.3 mm thickness gives it a substantial profile. These measurements provide a better starting point for assessing fit than diameter alone, though wrist shape and personal preference still matter.
Water resistance and bezel
The reported 200 m rating, screw-in crown and screw-in caseback are dive-watch specifications. The unidirectional bezel advances in 60 clicks, allowing elapsed time to be tracked against its scale. The 200 m figure comes from launch coverage; it should not be read as evidence of independent testing or certification.

Movement and reserve
The automatic Soprod P024 is reported with 25 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and a 38-hour power reserve. That reserve is the stated running time when fully wound, not a guarantee of how long every individual watch will run under all conditions.
Edition size, launch price and straps
Monochrome reported an edition of 250 pieces and an original price of EUR 1,162.50 excluding taxes. Both are historical launch details from 2024, not a current price or confirmation of present stock. Deliveries were scheduled to begin June 17, 2024.

The launch report lists two included straps: a black Tropic-style strap and a black Perlon strap. It does not state the replacement strap width, so the supplied information is not enough to confirm aftermarket strap compatibility.

The Night Diver is one variant of the JB200 family. In an article published August 24, 2026, Monochrome noted the Night Diver among the family’s variants while covering a later JB200 collaboration with Olympique de Marseille. That follow-up provides family context, but it does not establish whether the Night Diver remains in stock.

The original launch coverage named the Jacques Bianchi web store as the exclusive sales channel for the 2024 release. Current Night Diver inventory, resale availability and pricing have not been established by those reports.
