Hublot’s 2025 Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake pairs an open skeleton chronograph with a three-dimensional gold-plated snake that winds around its counters. The scale motif extends from the dial across the black ceramic bezel and textured rubber strap. What is the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake?
It is a limited-edition version of Hublot’s barrel-shaped Spirit of Big Bang chronograph, created for the 2025 zodiac year. Its defining feature is the contrast between an open, technical-looking dial and a sculptural snake appliqué. Hublot says laser technology is used for the snake’s detailing; the gold-plated figure is positioned around the three chronograph counters on a sapphire dial.
The motif carries onto the screwed black ceramic bezel, engraved with a snake-scale pattern, and the black rubber strap. Hublot describes the strap’s embossed texture as velvet-like. A One-Click mechanism is integrated into the case for changing the strap.
