Shapiro Infinity Series Pure is a 37 mm steel watch built around the brand’s hand-turned Infinity Weave dial. Introduced in June 2025 in two dial-and-hand combinations, it was announced at US$26,000 before taxes and duties, with 18 watches planned per configuration. Those are launch details, not confirmation of today’s price or availability.
What is the J.N. Shapiro Infinity Series Pure?
The Pure is a more compact, lower-priced entry to J.N. Shapiro’s hand-guilloché work. Its defining feature is the Infinity Weave pattern, made using traditional, hand-operated engine turning. The track decoration is also engine-turned, so the dial’s appeal rests on mechanical craft rather than a printed or applied imitation of the pattern.
At launch in June 2025, the watch was offered in two configurations. Both use a 316L stainless-steel case and share the reported movement and dimensions; the main distinction is the dial material and color paired with the hands.
| Original configuration | Dial | Hands |
|---|---|---|
| Black | Blackened zirconium | White gold |
| Frosted silver | Frosted silver | Rose gold |
These are the two variants in the June 2025 launch report. A rose-gold chapter ring mentioned in later coverage belongs to a separate edition, not either original configuration.

Case size, fit and construction
Fratello’s June 6, 2025 launch coverage reports a 37 mm case diameter, 45.1 mm lug-to-lug length and 8.8 mm total thickness including the sapphire crystal. The case measures 7.4 mm without the crystal. Its 316L steel construction pairs a brushed mid-case with polished bezel and caseback surfaces.
| Specification | Reported detail |
|---|---|
| Case diameter | 37 mm |
| Lug-to-lug | 45.1 mm |
| Thickness | 8.8 mm including crystal; 7.4 mm without |
| Case material | 316L stainless steel |
| Crystal | Sapphire |
| Water resistance | 50 m |
The diameter and relatively short reported lug-to-lug length make the Pure a compact proposition on paper, while wrist fit still depends on wrist shape and personal preference. The launch coverage reports a 19 mm strap width; it does not establish that a generic replacement strap will fit properly, so confirm compatibility with the maker before ordering one. Fratello’s launch report is the source for these specifications.
Movement and power reserve
The Pure uses the manually wound La Joux-Perret F200. Fratello reports 21 jewels, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) and a 90-hour power reserve. Manual winding means the owner must wind the watch; the stated reserve is the reported running time after it is fully wound, not a guarantee of exact performance in every use condition.
Launch price, quantity and availability
The original June 2025 announcement listed a price of US$26,000 before taxes and duties. Fratello reported 18 watches for each dial configuration, or 36 in total, and expected delivery in Q4 2025. These are historical launch terms. Current pricing, stock and delivery status have not been confirmed, so contact J.N. Shapiro for present terms rather than treating the announced price or schedule as current.

In February 2026, Watchonista reported a distinct Davidson & Licht anniversary edition of the Infinity Series Pure. That later edition has a rose-gold chapter ring and a transparent caseback. Those details are specific to the anniversary model and should not be attributed to the two original June 2025 variants.
