Introducing the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date: Four Original References Explained

Omega’s 2024 Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date arrived in four original references, pairing two dial-and-bezel styles with mesh-bracelet or rubber-strap options. Here are the differences, shared specifications and launch-era prices.

Introduced on 21 November 2024, the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date is a date-free branch of the established Diver 300M line. Its four original references keep the familiar 42 mm stainless-steel case and automatic Calibre 8806, while pairing either a black wave-pattern dial and steel bezel or a vertically brushed steel PVD dial and titanium bezel with a mesh bracelet or rubber strap. Omega initially described the update as part of its permanent collection; the prices reported at launch are historical, not confirmed current retail prices.

What changed on the Diver 300M No-Date?

The defining change is the absence of a date display: Calibre 8806 shows hours, minutes and seconds. The November 2024 launch also brought two distinct dial-and-bezel treatments to the original No-Date options. One uses a black aluminium dial with a laser-engraved wave pattern and a steel bezel; the other combines a vertically brushed, steel PVD-coated dial with a Grade 5 titanium bezel and grained insert.

Both versions retain applied hour markers, openworked luminous hour and minute hands, and a lollipop central seconds hand. The case remains 42 mm across, matching the reported format of these Diver 300M models rather than introducing a smaller or larger case with the date-free update.

Which Omega Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date references were introduced?

The original launch comprised four references. The reference number identifies the dial, bezel and strap or bracelet configuration; the case diameter and movement are shared across the four, according to Monochrome Watches’ November 2024 launch report.

210.32.42.20.06.002 Vertically brushed steel PVD-coated dial; Grade 5 titanium bezel with grained insert Grey rubber strap

For the black-dial pair, the practical choice is between the mesh bracelet and black rubber. For the steel PVD-and-titanium pair, the dial and bezel treatment is different, while the bracelet option remains steel mesh and the rubber option is grey. Confirm the reference number against a listing or warranty documentation when identifying a specific watch.

Case, water resistance and movement specifications

Monochrome Watches’ 2024 launch report gives the following specifications for the original four references. These are published product specifications, not independent test results.

Feature Specification
Case 42 mm diameter; 13.8 mm height; stainless steel
Crystal and caseback Domed sapphire crystal; sapphire crystal display back
Water resistance 300 m
Crown and valve Screw-down crown at 3 o’clock; helium escape valve at 10 o’clock
Movement Automatic Omega Calibre 8806 with Co-Axial escapement
Movement figures 35 jewels; 25,200 vibrations per hour; 55-hour power reserve
Display Hours, minutes and seconds; no date
Certification Described in the launch report as a METAS Master Certified Chronometer

Omega’s later official release explains that METAS certifies the calibre’s Master Chronometer status. The 300 m water-resistance figure is the published rating; it should not be read as advice to operate the crown or helium escape valve underwater.

How much did the Omega Seamaster No-Date cost at launch?

Monochrome Watches reported these November 2024 launch prices. They are launch-era figures, not verified current retail prices or a guarantee of present availability. Check with Omega or an authorized local retailer for current pricing, taxes and stock in your market.

How it fits into the Seamaster Diver 300M line

Omega dates the Seamaster Diver 300M collection to 1993. In its 21 November 2024 launch copy, reproduced in its 5 December 2024 follow-on release, the brand called it one of its most recognizable and popular ocean timepieces. That is Omega’s description of its own collection history.

The original four No-Date references should not be confused with the later titanium-and-Bronze-Gold model announced on 5 December 2024. That follow-on has a Grade 2 titanium case and mesh bracelet, a green aluminium dial, and an optional integrated green rubber strap. Omega said its design draws inspiration from the Diver 300M 007 Edition associated with No Time To Die. Its materials and configurations differ from those of the original four references listed above.
