Its hand-wound Calibre 113 is specified for a 240-hour (10-day) power reserve, while the 43 mm stainless-steel case and mint-green dial with pink accents give the complicated layout a bold presence.
What the business calendar displays
“Business calendar” is Oris’s name for this watch’s arrangement of calendar indications; it is not a digital calendar or a perpetual calendar. Oris describes a 52-week display, with central hands indicating the hour, minute, week and month, plus day and date windows. The Japanese launch announcement likewise describes weekday, date, month and annual 52-week indications.
- Hour and minute: central hands show the time.
- Week and month: additional central hands point to the week-of-year and month scales around the dial.
- Day and date: windows sit at 12 o’clock and 9 o’clock, respectively.
- Small seconds: a subdial is positioned at 9 o’clock.
- Power reserve: the indicator at 3 o’clock is non-linear, so its progression is not represented as a simple, evenly scaled countdown.
Oris lists correctors for the day, date and week. The published specifications do not establish that the watch automatically accounts for every calendar irregularity, so it should not be described as a perpetual calendar. Oris’s current product description calls out the 52-week “business calendar” alongside the 10-day reserve and non-linear reserve indicator: Oris Big Crown Calibre 113 product page.
Dial design and Big Crown heritage
Oris Japan’s 2025 announcement traces the Big Crown’s origin to 1938 and highlights the collection’s large crown and pointer date. This Calibre 113 is a more elaborate interpretation of that design: its mint-green base is set off by rose-pink and gold details, while the outer calendar indications share space with the time and movement displays. The launch description supplies the mint-green and pink color characterization; the current official product listings identify green dials for the cited references.

The multi-piece case is stainless steel. A domed sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating covers the dial, and a screwed steel caseback incorporates a see-through sapphire window. The layout has a lot to communicate, so the watch’s appeal is likely to rest as much on enjoying a highly instrumented dial as on preferring a restrained, conventional time display.
Calibre 113 and the 10-day reserve
Oris Calibre 113 is a hand-wound movement. Oris’s 2026 product pages specify a 34 mm, 15-ligne calibre operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), with a stated 240-hour reserve. That is 10 days on the manufacturer’s specification, not an independent measurement of running time or accuracy.
Rank #2
- Power Reserve indicator sub-dial at the 3 o'clock position.
- Displays the date at the 9 o'clock position.
- Oris in-house manufactured Caliber 111, beats at 21,600 vph, contains 40 Jewels & has an impressive 10 day (240 hour) power reserve.
The long reserve means the watch is not specified like a typical daily-wound mechanical watch, but the calendar’s multiple indications still make it important to keep the displayed date and week correct. Oris lists day, date and week correctors; consult the instructions supplied with the watch for setting and correction procedures rather than assuming the calendar adjusts itself.

Bracelet and leather references, and listed prices
Oris’s cited product pages show two configurations with the same 43 mm case and 21 mm lug width. Their listed prices come from different markets and references, so they are not a like-for-like comparison.
| Configuration | Reference | Official listing |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless-steel bracelet | 01 113 7800 4057-07 8 21 06 | ¥1,276,000 on Oris Japan’s product page, observed 2026-10-08; €6,350 on Oris’s European product page |

For context, Oris Japan announced a launch price of ¥1,144,000 including tax in 2025. That is a dated launch figure, not the current Japanese listing price. Prices and stock can change by market; confirm the exact reference and local price with Oris or an authorized retailer. Oris lists 21 mm alternative straps, but buyers should confirm compatibility with the specific reference and attachment before choosing another strap.

Warranty and buying considerations
The cited Oris product pages list a standard two-year warranty and say MyOris registration can extend coverage to five years. Registration terms and eligibility may vary by market, so check the conditions applicable where the watch is purchased. Oris’s current brand information directs customers to boutiques and authorized retailers for purchase support.
The Big Crown Calibre 113 is most distinctive for someone who wants a mechanical watch whose calendar is visible rather than tucked away, and who values the extended reserve and manually wound movement. Its 43 mm case, busy multi-indicator dial and 5 bar rating are equally important considerations when deciding whether it suits your wrist, daily routine and intended use. The official pages provide specifications, but they do not establish independent comparative results for accuracy, comfort or real-world reserve.
