SERICA presents the M.S.L. alongside the California and Commando versions in its 6190 Field Chronometer collection. The M.S.L.’s applied-marker layout is the clearest documented distinction. The California and Commando have their own dial executions, but the collection page does not provide a fuller technical comparison of their layouts.

Fratello reports that the watch uses the Soprod M100 automatic movement, with COSC certification, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and a 42-hour power reserve. Monochrome’s 2024 first look reports a 37.7 mm case diameter, 46.5 mm lug-to-lug measurement, 10.4 mm thickness, sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, and COSC precision range of −4/+6 seconds per day. These are publication-reported details; the cited SERICA product excerpt does not list the complete movement specification or all of those dimensions.
