SpaceOne brought the Tellurium back in December 2024 with two titanium versions: black with an onyx dial, and blue with an aventurine dial. Both pair the brand’s unusual heliocentric display with a Soprod P024 H4 automatic movement. The launch price was €2,990 excluding tax per colorway, but SpaceOne currently lists both models as sold out.
What is a tellurium watch?
A tellurium is an astronomical instrument that represents the relative positions and motion of celestial bodies. In SpaceOne’s wristwatch, the display is heliocentric: Earth and the Moon are shown in relation to the Sun. SpaceOne says the patented module was designed and developed by Théo Auffret and is attached to the automatic movement by an additional plate.
The display indicates Earth’s yearly orbit and the Moon’s roughly 29.5-day cycle, according to Monochrome’s December 2024 launch coverage. SpaceOne describes adjustment using the crown and date setting. This is an animated astronomical display, not a conventional time-only dial; the brand also specifies date and month indications.

The visual choice is chiefly between the black-and-onyx combination and the blue aventurine dial. Their stated dimensions and core mechanical specifications are the same, so the available information does not establish a functional advantage for either colorway.

How does the SpaceOne Tellurium work?
The Soprod P024 H4 is the automatic base movement; the Tellurium mechanism is a separate module mounted to it. That distinction matters: the planetary display is not simply a standard calendar hand with a decorative space theme. SpaceOne describes the module as showing Earth and Moon positions around the Sun, while Monochrome’s launch report explains the represented cycles as Earth’s annual orbit and the Moon’s approximately 29.5-day cycle.
The watch also has date and month indications. SpaceOne says the display can be adjusted through crown and date setting, but the cited product information does not give a full step-by-step setting procedure. Owners should use the instructions supplied with the watch rather than infer setting directions from the animation alone.

What do the dimensions and specifications mean for a buyer?
At 42 mm wide, 50 mm long including lugs, and 16 mm thick, this is a substantial watch on paper. The 50 mm lug-to-lug measurement is useful to compare with a wrist or a watch that already fits well; thickness may also affect how easily it slips under a cuff. The domed sapphire crystal adds to the profile. Try it on if possible, particularly if you usually prefer compact or thin watches.

The €2,990 figure is a launch-era price, not a current offer: Monochrome reported €2,990 excluding tax per colorway in December 2024. SpaceOne’s black product page still lists €2,990 before tax, but its sold-out status means that listing should not be read as evidence of purchasable stock or a current market price. The 200-piece limit per colorway is likewise a production figure reported at launch, not an indication that any pieces remain available.
