Hermès has added two full-metal versions of the Slim d’Hermès Squelette Lune: a textured Grade 5 titanium model with green-toned movement details, and a polished platinum model with blue accents. Both measure 39.5 mm across and 8.8 mm thick, and use the H1953 automatic micro-rotor movement with a double moon-phase display.
What’s new in the titanium and platinum Slim d’Hermès Squelette Lune?
The key change is the case material. These editions are configured entirely in titanium or entirely in platinum, rather than using the titanium-and-platinum combination shown on Hermès’ existing US listing. Monochrome reported the two versions as permanent-collection additions on January 29, 2026.
Titanium: textured grey with aqua-green details
The titanium model has a grey, textured finish. Monochrome describes bead-blasting on the middle case and caseback, contrasted with a polished bezel treated in anthracite DLC. The movement’s “Vert d’Eau” finish adds pale aqua-green color to the openworked construction.
Platinum: polished with blue accents
The platinum edition takes a more uniformly reflective approach: its case and bezel are fully polished, with blue and silver-toned details around the movement. The contrast is not only material but also visual—the titanium version emphasizes texture and grey tones, while the platinum version pairs a polished surface with cooler blue accents.

Both watches measure 39.5 mm in diameter and 8.8 mm thick. Their automatic H1953 movement is skeletonised and uses a micro-rotor, leaving the bridges and other components visible through the dial. Monochrome lists 178 components, 29 jewels, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), and a 48-hour power reserve. Fratello reports a movement thickness of 3.57 mm. These are published specifications, not results of independent testing.
The display is deliberately limited: hours and minutes, plus a double moon phase at 6 o’clock. Fratello says the moon-phase indication depicts the lunar cycle for both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. The openworked design reveals the movement; it does not add calendar indications beyond the moon phase. Monochrome describes slim, black gold-treated baton hands for timekeeping.

How much do the titanium and platinum editions cost?
Prices reported for the new watches depend on the market and strap. Fratello’s February 2, 2026 UK report gives the following figures:

Those are UK prices as reported by Fratello at publication, not a guarantee of current pricing elsewhere. Monochrome’s January 29, 2026 coverage estimated the titanium version at around €20,000 and said platinum pricing was available on request.

Hermès’ US product page lists reference W053606WW00 at $30,000, but that listing describes a mixed titanium-and-platinum case—not either of the new full-titanium or full-platinum editions. It is a regional live listing and may change.

Hermès specifies 3 bar water resistance for the US-listed mixed-metal reference. The same product page advises avoiding all contact with water while wearing a leather watch. The water-resistance figure belongs to that listed reference; buyers should check the specifications and care guidance for the exact new configuration and strap they are considering.
