What is the Fiftysix 4600E/000R-H101?
It is the pink-gold, black-dial version of the Fiftysix Self-winding. The exact reference is 4600E/000R-H101; Vacheron Constantin also identifies it internally as X46RH101. Fratello’s introduction likewise identifies this reference as the collection’s rose-gold-and-black model (Fratello Watches).
The watch’s design combines a box-type crystal with a sector dial. Vacheron Constantin describes the retro-contemporary design as inspired by watches from the 1950s. At collection level, the brand traces the Fiftysix’s inspiration to its 1956 reference 6073 (Vacheron Constantin Fiftysix collection).
Case, dial and wearing details
Pink-gold case
The case is 18K 5N pink gold, 40 mm in diameter and 9.6 mm thick. A transparent sapphire caseback reveals the movement. The manufacturer lists water resistance at 3 bar (30 m); that rating is not a basis for treating the watch as suitable for swimming or diving.

Black sector dial
The black dial has two finishes: an opaline center and a sunburst-satin outer section. A date aperture sits at 3 o’clock. The baton hands are 18K gold, while the gold markers and Arabic numerals carry blue Super-LumiNova accents, as do the hands.
Strap and buckle
The supplied grey calfskin strap is described by Vacheron Constantin as anthracite nubuck. It closes with an 18K pink-gold ardillon buckle. The official product page also lists other compatible strap choices; verify fit for this specific reference before selecting an alternative.

Caliber 1326: specifications and functions
The self-winding caliber 1326 provides hours, minutes, central seconds and a date display, with a balance-stop function. The manufacturer lists 142 parts, 25 jewels, a 48-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The movement measures 26.2 mm in diameter and 4.3 mm thick.

The Fiftysix also includes versions with different materials, dials and straps. A steel self-winding model is a collection-level alternative, but its specifications and regional price should be checked separately rather than assumed equivalent to this pink-gold reference.
