The Zentier Lapis Sauté Mt. Fuji Edition is a 2025 limited-edition collaboration with Hong Kong watch community Watch Ho & Co. It pairs a natural lapis lazuli dial with a jumping-hour display and a rotating minutes disc. The preorder ran on March 24–25, 2025, so its launch price and release channels do not establish current availability.
What is the Lapis Sauté Mt. Fuji Edition?
It is Watch Ho & Co.’s second reported collaboration with independent watch brand Zentier, following an earlier malachite-dial edition. Monochrome describes Watch Ho & Co. as a Hong Kong watch enthusiasts’ club co-founded by Jackie Ho. The edition’s natural lapis lazuli dial gives the watch its distinctive blue surface, while the Mt. Fuji reference appears in the edition name and as an engraving on the solid steel caseback.
The 2025 launch reports describe an edition of 88 pieces at a launch price of USD 1,088. Those are historical release details, not a current resale valuation or proof that all pieces sold.
How does the jumping-hour display work?
The hour appears in a window at 12 o’clock and changes instantaneously at the turn of each hour. Minutes are indicated separately by a rotating disc visible through an aperture in the lower part of the dial. This arrangement is the “Sauté” display: rather than reading conventional hour and minute hands, the wearer reads the hour through the upper window and the minutes below.

The preorder period was March 24–25, 2025. Monochrome reported Watch Ho & Co.’s Instagram and Zentier’s website as launch routes at the time. The preorder window has passed, and the available launch coverage does not verify present stock, a current price, or resale availability. Check directly with Zentier or Watch Ho & Co. before assuming a piece can still be purchased.
