What “full-steel” means in the 2022 Master Control collection
Jaeger-LeCoultre announced the bracelet-equipped Master Control Calendar and Master Control Chronograph Calendar on 1 June 2022. “Full-steel” refers to their stainless-steel bracelet configuration, rather than a separate complication or a claim that the watches were available only on bracelets: both were also supplied with a leather strap. The announcement and video are covered in Monochrome Watches’ 2022 article, whose video focuses specifically on the Chronograph Calendar.
These models should not be confused with the separate blue-dial Date and Calendar editions announced earlier in 2022. Those were limited editions, including Date Q4018480 and Calendar Q4148480; they are not the bracelet-equipped Chronograph Calendar reviewed in the video.
Chronograph Calendar Q413812J: the watch in the video review
The Master Control Chronograph Calendar combines an automatic column-wheel chronograph with a complete calendar display. Monochrome identifies its movement as Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 759 and lists a 65-hour power reserve and 4 Hz frequency.

The video embedded in the Monochrome article is a review of the Chronograph Calendar Q413812J. Its accompanying article lists a launch retail price of €18,100 in 2022. This historical price does not establish the watch’s present dealer price, availability, or secondary-market value.

How it differs from the Master Control Calendar
The Master Control Calendar is a separate watch, not another name for the Chronograph Calendar. The 2022 article gives the Calendar a 40 mm case with a height of 10.95 mm, compared with 12.05 mm for the Chronograph Calendar. It describes the Calendar as part of the same bracelet-and-leather-strap update, but the available details do not establish its movement, water resistance, or retail price. The Chronograph Calendar’s €18,100 launch price should not be applied to it.

Do not confuse it with the blue-dial limited editions
Jaeger-LeCoultre’s press index dates the blue-dial Date and Calendar announcement to 25 April 2022, before the full-steel Calendar models announced on 1 June. Time and Watches reported the blue-dial Date Q4018480 and Calendar Q4148480 as limited to 800 pieces each, with prices from €9,150 in 2022. That reported starting price belongs to those separate releases, not to the Chronograph Calendar Q413812J. Jaeger-LeCoultre’s official Q4018480 product page describes the blue-dial Date as a 40 mm steel watch with a 70-hour reserve and an 800-piece limited run, and marks it out of collection.

What the launch information can—and cannot—tell you about price today
The €18,100 figure is useful for identifying the Chronograph Calendar’s launch-era positioning, but it is not a current market valuation. Check a current, market-specific quotation and confirm the reference before comparing offers. The Calendar’s 2022 price is not stated in the cited article details, so it cannot be reliably inferred from the Chronograph Calendar’s price.
