What exactly is the Aeroscope Arsenal Limited Edition?
This is the Aeroscope chronograph in JeanRichard’s 2014 Arsenal partnership, reference 60650-21PH51-FK6A. The manufacturer’s launch release described it as a numbered edition limited to 250 pieces worldwide. The launch announcement was made at Baselworld on March 28, 2014, after JeanRichard was named Arsenal’s global partner and official watch. JeanRichard’s release, distributed by PR Newswire, describes the Aeroscope as the second watch created for the “Gunners.”
It is easy to confuse this watch with the separate Terrascope Arsenal special edition, reference 60500-11-20E-FK6A. The Aeroscope is the chronograph; the Terrascope is a different model. Specifications and prices for one should not be attributed to the other.
Design: Arsenal red, with a discreet club-specific detail
Dial and hands
The red dial is stamped with a honeycomb pattern and has red circular satin-finished counters. Black luminescent Arabic numerals and indexes provide contrast, while the hour and minute hands are skeletonized. The central seconds hand is black with a luminescent tip. At 3 o’clock, the small-seconds hand is shaped like an Arsenal cannon, the most explicit club reference on the dial.

Case and strap
The 44 mm case is sandblasted titanium coated in black DLC. A titanium bezel is engraved and filled with red paint, and the pusher guards are made from carbon-fibre composite. The release specifies an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and an engraved, screw-down titanium caseback. The watch was offered with a black or red rubber strap and a black DLC-coated titanium folding buckle.
The English specification list in the 2014 JeanRichard release states a case height of 12.80 mm. A French version of the release gives 12.67 mm, and independent launch coverage does not resolve the discrepancy, so the height should be treated as source-dependent rather than settled. The Watch Observer’s launch coverage does not list a case height.
Movement, functions and stated specifications
JeanRichard identified the automatic movement as the JR66. Its announced specifications are 12½ lignes, 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), 43 jewels and a minimum 42-hour power reserve. The listed functions are hours, minutes, chronograph, small seconds at 3 o’clock and date.

How does the limited-edition design affect the watch?
The Arsenal connection is more than a color choice, but it remains selective: the red dial and cannon-shaped small-seconds hand carry the club identity, while the black case and conventional chronograph layout keep the watch from being an all-over team graphic. The trade-off is that the bright red patterned dial and large 44 mm case make it a conspicuous sports chronograph rather than a neutral, compact everyday watch. That is a design observation, not a wear test.
For a collector, the stated 250-piece production run and reference number are useful identifiers. They do not, by themselves, establish the authenticity or condition of a particular watch.

The Watch Observer reported a France public price of €5,300 for the Aeroscope Arsenal. Its retrieved article does not establish a publication date, so this is historical launch-era price context, not a current asking-price guide or resale valuation. The €2,800 figure in that coverage applies to the separate Terrascope, not this Aeroscope.
