The Klokers KLOK-01 replaces conventional hands with three rotating discs: read the time where the vertical index at 12 o’clock crosses the hour, minute, and second scales. Its circular-slide-rule inspiration makes it visually distinctive, but the official specifications alone cannot establish how easily it reads on the wrist or how comfortable it is to wear.
How to read the Klokers KLOK-01
The KLOK-01 has no conventional hour, minute, or seconds hands. Instead, three graduated discs rotate on the same plane. To read the display, look at the vertical index at 12 o’clock and note the hour, minute, and second values aligned with it. Klokers describes the discs as rotating counterclockwise.

That layout is the central adjustment for anyone used to hands: you read the scales at a fixed marker rather than follow hands from the center of the dial. Whether it proves quick to read in everyday use depends on the wearer and viewing conditions; Klokers’ published product information does not provide independent legibility testing.
Design and current versions
Klokers says it designed the emblematic KLOK-01 in 2015, drawing inspiration from the circular slide rule. The brand presents the display as a different visual way to experience time. Its current collection groups the watch into three styling ranges: Heritage, Metal, and Minimal.

Heritage
Heritage is one of the KLOK-01 styling options in the brand’s lineup. Compare the specific dial markings, contrast, and included strap shown on the exact listing, rather than assuming every Heritage configuration has identical details.
Metal
Klokers describes a 2025 Metal version with a blue dot and loupe line. As with other listings, confirm the selected configuration’s strap, availability, and price on the product page.

Minimal
Minimal is the third range named by Klokers. The design page distinguishes the ranges by styling; the practical comparison for a buyer is the legibility of the chosen dial, its visual treatment, and the strap supplied with that particular version.

These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independently measured results. In particular, the available product information does not give an accuracy figure for the movement. The lens is described as polymer; it should not be mistaken for sapphire or mineral crystal.
Straps and the attachment system
Klokers describes its key-based attachment as an interchangeable system for its watch heads and accessories, and lists compatibility with KLOK-01 and KLOK-08 heads. This is a proprietary ecosystem, not proof that an ordinary watch strap—or any unverified third-party strap—will fit. Check that the replacement is explicitly compatible with the relevant Klokers head before ordering. The product detail’s dimensions apply to the configuration shown there, not automatically to every strap.

Changing the strap is a feature of the system, but the available official information does not establish how easy or quick the process feels in practice. The current collection listings are the place to compare included strap type, material, width, and configuration.

Klokers estimates approximately 16 months of battery life. Its English user manual says not to remove the battery and states that replacement requires special knowledge and professional expertise; the separate battery instructions specify a professional watchmaker. Treat battery changes as service work rather than a DIY case-opening task.

When setting the KLOK-01, the manual instructs the wearer to turn the crown counterclockwise so all three discs turn counterclockwise. It also cautions against impacts to the release button, dismantling the watch, or modifying it. See Klokers’ KLOK-01 user manual and battery-change instructions.
What the available evidence does—and does not—say
Klokers’ product pages and instructions establish the display concept, listed dimensions and materials, Ronda quartz movement description, Swiss assembly, estimated battery life, and care guidance. They do not establish real-world accuracy, wrist comfort, long-term durability, scratch resistance, ease of reading in varied conditions, or the hands-on experience of changing straps. Nor does the generic “Water resistant” label establish a safe depth or activity; the published detail gives no numerical rating, so it is not a basis for recommending swimming, showering, or diving.
For a purchase decision, compare the dial’s contrast and markings, the range styling, and the exact strap configuration, then verify current availability and price. The KLOK-01 is best assessed as a design-led quartz watch with an unusual disc display; the official specifications describe what it is, not how it performs in independent wear testing.
