Monochrome Watches reported it as Krayon’s first titanium-cased watch, with an estimated auction price of CHF 150,000–250,000.
What makes this Krayon Anywhere unique?
Krayon made this one-off watch for Only Watch 2023, the charity auction whose proceeds support research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Monochrome Watches reported that Christie’s was scheduled to auction the event’s watches in Geneva on 5 November 2023. The article described the Anywhere as Krayon’s first watch in titanium.
Krayon is an independent watchmaking brand founded by Rémi Maillat. The Anywhere arrived in 2020 as a relatively simpler counterpart to the brand’s Everywhere. Both are built around location-specific indications of sunrise and sunset, but the method of changing the location differs.
How the location setting works
For the earlier Everywhere, the wearer could set the location via the crown. For the Anywhere, Monochrome says a watchmaker can adjust the watch when its owner moves. The source does not describe a wearer-operated crown setting for changing location.

A miniature painting inspired by Coastal Scene
The dial takes its inspiration from Coastal Scene, a painting by Belgian artist Théo van Rysselberghe. Monochrome describes the miniature artwork as neo-impressionist, composed of numerous small brushstrokes. It evokes the painting’s water and sky, with sunlight, currents, waves, and tides rendered across the dial.
This is not simply a conventional dial with a coastal image printed on it: the hand-painted surface is the watch’s central métiers d’art feature, set against the technical indications that frame its display.

How the Anywhere displays sunrise and sunset
The hand-wound, in-house C030 calibre combines conventional timekeeping with location-related indications. Alongside hours, minutes, and seconds, it displays a 24-hour indication, sunrise and sunset times, the lengths of day and night, date, and month.
Monochrome describes the adjustment mechanism at six o’clock: a central screw sets latitude, while two screws on adjacent bridges adjust sunrise and sunset longitude. The article does not explain the full calculation method, so the mechanism is best understood here through those reported controls and the information shown on the dial.

These figures are those reported in Monochrome Watches’ product introduction, rather than specifications independently confirmed here against a Krayon technical sheet.
Estimate and the separate 2021 Only Watch result
Monochrome Watches reported a CHF 150,000–250,000 estimate for the 2023 Anywhere. The same article cited CHF 320,000 as the sale price of a different Krayon Anywhere made for Only Watch 2021, a separate unique piece with a Monet-inspired dial. That historical result is not the 2023 watch’s price or auction outcome.
The 2023 article does not report a final hammer price for this watch, nor does it establish its current ownership. Its estimate should therefore be treated as the reported pre-auction estimate, not a confirmed sale value or current valuation.
