The Longines Conquest GMT is a legacy model, not the same watch as Longines’ current HydroConquest GMT. Search results identify older Conquest GMT references in the L3.687.4 family, including L3.687.4.56.6, but the available evidence does not establish a complete official specification sheet, current availability, or a reliable market price for those references. That makes exact-reference identification essential: modern HydroConquest GMT specifications cannot be used to fill gaps in a review of the older Conquest.
What watch does “Longines Conquest GMT” refer to?
The likely subject is the older Longines Conquest Automatic GMT, associated in search results with references in the L3.687.4 family. One result identifies L3.687.4.99.6, while a secondary review result refers to L3.687.4.56.6. These are useful identifiers, but they do not amount to an official Longines archive record or confirm that every reference has identical specifications.

Longines’ current official GMT collection is called HydroConquest GMT. The shared “Conquest” name does not make it a continuation of the older watch under the same reference. If buying or comparing one, match the reference number on the listing and watch documentation rather than relying on the title alone.
What can be verified about the older Conquest GMT?
The available evidence supports identifying L3.687.4.56.6 and L3.687.4.99.6 as legacy Conquest GMT references, but does not establish their exact case dimensions, movement, power reserve, water-resistance rating, bezel or crystal specifications, bracelet clasp details, or current manufacturer support status. It also does not establish a representative current price or whether new stock remains available.

- Stainless steel with triple safety folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism

For a pre-owned example, ask the seller to confirm the exact reference and provide clear photographs of the dial, case back, clasp, and any included paperwork. Have the watch’s condition and authenticity assessed independently where practical; a reference match in a listing title alone does not verify that the individual watch is genuine or in good working order.
How the current HydroConquest GMT differs
Longines’ US product page describes the current HydroConquest GMT reference L3.790.4.56.6 as a 41 mm automatic stainless-steel watch with a ceramic bezel, GMT/date function, and up to 72 hours of power reserve. It lists a screw-in crown, unidirectional rotating bezel, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, and water resistance to 30 bar. The bracelet version has a double-security folding clasp with micro-adjustment. These are HydroConquest GMT specifications; they are not confirmed specifications for the legacy Conquest GMT.

Longines’ Media Center announcement dated 21 March 2024 says 41 mm HydroConquest GMT models launched in 2023 and that 43 mm models were added in 2024. The announcement describes the line with a 30 bar water-resistance rating, a unidirectional ceramic bezel, a screw-in crown, and a screw-down case back. It does not establish that the older Conquest GMT shared those features.

Is the Longines Conquest GMT still available?
Current new-stock availability for the legacy Conquest GMT has not been verified. The references surfaced through search evidence, but that does not show whether Longines or authorized retailers still sell them new. A pre-owned listing may appear, but its availability, condition, authenticity, and price depend on the individual seller and watch.
