Its orange-tipped GMT hand is intended to track a second time zone, while the bezel and 24-hour markings support time-zone reading. Those are manufacturer specifications and descriptions, not results from hands-on testing.
What the Luminox Bear Grylls 3762 offers
Luminox Japan lists the Ref. 3762 in the Bear Grylls Survival 3760 Air Series. The specification sheet combines a quartz three-hand/GMT movement with a large steel case and a bi-directional CARBONOX+ bezel. The table below reflects the Japan product page; regional listings may differ.

These are manufacturer-listed figures, not independent measurements. The regional product pages do not agree on weight: Luminox Japan lists 170 g, while the Indonesia listing gives a different figure. Confirm the specification for the exact regional version before treating weight as definitive. Luminox Japan Ref. 3762 specifications; Luminox Indonesia Ref. 3762 listing.
How the GMT and bezel are intended to work
Luminox describes the orange-tipped GMT hand as a second-time-zone indicator read against a 24-hour inner ring. The Air Series collection page describes city markings for all 24 global time zones and presents the bezel as a tool for time-zone calculations. The Japan product page likewise positions the GMT display for checking departure and arrival time zones. These descriptions explain the intended functions; they do not establish how intuitive or precise the display feels in everyday use.

- Diameter: 45mm
- Crystal: Sapphire with anti-reflection coating
- Water Resistance: 200 Meters, 20 ATM, 660 Feet
- Bezel: CARBONOX™+, bi-directional rotating bezel
- Movement: Ronda 515 HF 6
For exact setting and operating steps, use the model-specific manual rather than relying on a generic GMT-watch procedure. The official Australia and Canada manual indexes list XB.3762 in the Bear Grylls Survival 3760 AIR Series: Luminox Australia product manuals and Luminox Canada manuals and service.
Size and everyday fit
A 45 mm case and 13 mm thickness make this a substantial watch on paper, particularly for someone who prefers compact cases or has a smaller wrist. The Japan listing also specifies a 24 mm strap width and 170 g total weight. That weight should be treated as Japan-listing-specific because the Indonesia page reports a different figure.

Specifications alone cannot establish comfort, balance, bracelet quality, bezel feel or real-world legibility. If possible, try the watch on before buying. For an alternate strap, verify attachment and lug compatibility for XB.3762; a stated 24 mm strap width is not proof that any particular replacement strap will fit.
Water resistance and ownership details
Luminox rates the watch at 200 m / 20 ATM and lists a screw-down crown and caseback. The rating is a manufacturer specification, not an independent pressure-test result, and it should not be read as a guarantee of performance for a particular used or damaged watch. Follow the instructions and care guidance for the exact model and have seals checked as appropriate for the watch’s condition.

Price, release date and availability
Luminox Japan lists ¥123,200 including tax and identifies 2021 as the model’s release year. That is a Japan-market listing, not a universal current price. The brand’s announcement dated 2021-04-21 records launch-era pricing for the 3761 and 3762; launch prices should not be mistaken for today’s price.
