What distinguishes the titanium version
The combination of a titanium case and bracelet with a ceramic bezel is the defining material choice for this reference. MIDO lists the complete watch at 129 g, but that figure alone does not establish how it will feel on an individual wrist. The 42.5 mm diameter and 12.3 mm average thickness are useful fit references; wrist shape and bracelet adjustment also affect how a watch wears.
The listed 20-bar rating is the manufacturer’s stated water resistance, not a guarantee of suitability for every water activity or a substitute for checking the watch’s condition and care guidance. The screw-down crown and caseback are specified features of the construction.

Price and availability
On October 8, 2026, MIDO’s US product page listed the M042.430.44.051.00 at $1,410 and showed it as out of stock. Both price and stock status can change. This is a US listing, not a universal price: regional official pages showed MXN 28,600 in Mexico and €1,350 in Spain, with local market terms and availability not established as identical.

Bracelet and strap sizing
MIDO lists a 22 mm lug width and identifies the titanium bracelet by reference M605015124. Its Mexico storefront also shows examples of optional 22 mm textile, rubber/textile and leather straps. Those examples do not establish current stock in other regions or compatibility of every third-party 22 mm strap. Confirm fit and availability for the specific strap and watch before ordering.
