Casio will supply watches to the competing team and display its logos on the race cars; a retail model, price and release date have not been established in the official material reviewed.
What Casio and Toyota Racing have announced
Casio’s January 28, 2026 announcement describes a two-year partnership beginning that month. During the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season, Casio will provide EDIFICE timepieces to the competing Toyota Racing team, with CASIO and EDIFICE logos displayed around the race cars’ headlights. Read Casio’s announcement.
Casio describes EDIFICE as a sports-watch brand with a motorsports worldview. Toyota Racing is a motorsports brand operated by Toyota Motor Corporation; Casio says the team adopted the Toyota Racing name from the 2026 season, changing from TOYOTA GAZOO Racing.
Does the partnership mean a watch will be sold?
Not on the evidence of the announcements available. Watches supplied to a racing team are not, by themselves, proof of a matching consumer product. The official announcement specifies team watches and car branding, but gives no retail model number, price, release date or limited-edition quantity.

Casio Mexico’s EDIFICE x TOYOTA RACING feature discusses the partnership and automotive-inspired styling, but does not identify a specific consumer watch or its availability. Notebookcheck likewise reported on January 28, 2026 that Casio had not officially announced a new consumer EDIFICE x Toyota Racing watch at that time; its report noted that timing and limited-edition status were unclear. That is a time-bound report, not evidence that Casio will never announce one. Read the Notebookcheck report.

A genuine product announcement should identify a model and clarify when and where it will be sold. Until then, claims about specifications, pricing, release timing or scarcity would be speculation. Casio’s Europe press-release page is one place to check for later announcements, though the partnership announcement itself does not promise a consumer release: Casio Europe press releases.
