2026 has brought new watches across very different parts of the market: Tissot’s everyday and sports collections, Swatch-led collaborations, and Vacheron Constantin’s ultra-thin mechanics and art-focused Métiers d’Art. This is a selection of notable releases, not a complete industry list. Details below come from the brands and Swatch Group; they are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance tests. Availability and prices can vary by region and change over time.
New Tissot watches in 2026
Tissot’s US magazine lists releases across everyday, sport, and special-edition lines. The dates below are those printed in its news index, not independently confirmed retail launch dates.

Swatch, Swatch Group brands, and Royal Pop
Swatch Art Peace Hotel Collection
Swatch Group lists the Art Peace Hotel Collection on 24 September 2026: six watches connecting six artists with the Shanghai artist residency. It is a design-led release rather than a single-model update. The group’s press room also highlighted Blancpain Lady B. on 17 September and a redesigned Longines Master Collection on 26 August. The Longines update includes three-hand models, moonphase chronographs, and the collection’s first monopusher chronograph. These are releases from distinct Swatch Group brands, not Swatch watches.

Audemars Piguet × Swatch Royal Pop
Royal Pop is a separate collaboration between Audemars Piguet and Swatch. Swatch Group describes eight Swiss-made Bioceramic models drawing on Royal Oak and Swatch POP design cues. According to the manufacturer, they use a hand-wound version of SISTEM51 with a power reserve exceeding 90 hours. The group said the watches became available at selected Swatch stores from 16 May 2026; that statement does not establish current stock at any particular store. Vacheron Constantin: thin mechanics and artistic dials
Overseas Self-Winding Ultra-Thin
The Overseas Self-Winding Ultra-Thin is the year’s technical headline from Vacheron Constantin. The brand says its new calibre 2550 measures 2.4 mm thick and provides an 80-hour power reserve. It sits in a 39.5 mm case made of 950 platinum. Vacheron Constantin also says the movement took seven years of research and development. Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points
The Overseas Dual Time Cardinal Points takes a more visibly design-led approach. Four dial colors represent North, South, East, and West. The brand’s Cardinal Points collection page provides the model details.

Métiers d’Art Tribute to Great Civilisations
For Watches and Wonders 2026, Vacheron Constantin and the Louvre presented four new Métiers d’Art watches inspired by Ancient Greece, Pharaonic Egypt, the Neo-Assyrian Empire, and Imperial Rome. The brand says its work with Louvre curators spanned three years, including one year devoted to thematic research. Dial crafts include engraving, micro-mosaic, enamel, marquetry, and glyptics. These watches are not direct substitutes: the selection spans everyday quartz models, sports watches, artist collaborations, and high watchmaking. A useful comparison starts with purpose and construction, rather than a single “best” ranking.
