The 2026 NORQAIN Adventure Chrono 41mm NHL Limited Edition is a 41mm automatic chronograph made in a numbered run of 1,917 watches. NORQAIN lists it as reference N1500.17S05.W01; independent coverage uses the name Adventure Sport NHL Limited Edition and gives the full reference as N1500.17S05.W01.R01. Its white “scratched ice” dial and hockey-inspired details distinguish it from the earlier, separate NHLPA edition.
What is the NORQAIN NHL Limited Edition?
Introduced as NORQAIN’s first watch celebrating its NHL partnership, announced in November 2025, the watch is officially named the Adventure Chrono 41mm NHL Limited Edition. The collection listing gives reference N1500.17S05.W01. Independent coverage also calls it the Adventure Sport NHL Limited Edition and reports the fuller reference N1500.17S05.W01.R01. The edition is limited to 1,917 pieces, a nod to the NHL’s founding year.
This is not the older Adventure Sport Chrono NHLPA Limited Edition. That was a different collaboration with a different movement; its specifications should not be attributed to the 2026 NHL model.
How does the hockey-inspired design work?
The design builds hockey cues into the watch’s displays and materials, rather than relying only on league branding:

NORQAIN co-founder Mark Streit singled out the seconds display, telling Sharp Magazine: “The rotating hockey sticks used for the seconds counter are my favorite element.”
Movement and specifications
NORQAIN specifies its automatic calibre N17 with 25 jewels, a 62-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). Independent coverage identifies the Sellita SW500 as the N17’s base and reports 100 metres of water resistance and a screw-down crown.

Price, strap and bracelet options
NORQAIN’s official listing showed a price of CHF 4,450 when accessed on October 7, 2026. The page lists a black NHL puck rubber strap with either a steel pin buckle or folding clasp, as well as a 316L stainless-steel bracelet with folding clasp. NORQAIN states that the watch has a 2 + 1 year warranty with a MyNORQAIN account.
Time+Tide reported US prices of US$5,490 for the rubber-strap version and US$5,690 for the bracelet version in its February 3, 2026 article. Those are dated reported prices, not a current quote. Check NORQAIN or an authorized retailer for local pricing, taxes, stock and the precise configuration available to you.

Who might prefer the NHL edition?
The choice is mainly about whether the hockey-specific treatment and limited run appeal to you, and which configuration suits your use. The rubber strap incorporates puck material and makes the sport connection especially explicit; the steel bracelet offers a different material and clasp arrangement. Compare the current local price and availability for each before choosing. The 1,917-piece limit makes this a numbered collector-oriented edition, but the edition size alone does not establish future resale value.
