The Orient Flight RA-AC0H02N is a mechanical pilot-style watch with a legibility-focused dial, hand-winding and automatic winding, and an officially stated 100 m water-resistance rating. Its 42.4 mm case and nearly 50 mm lug-to-lug span make fit the main practical question: compare that length with a watch you already wear before buying. This review focuses on the RA-AC0H02N; related Flight references can differ by dial, strap and specifications.
What the Orient Flight RA-AC0H02N is
Orient identifies the RA-AC0H02N as a mechanical model powered by its Japan-made Caliber F6722. The design is a pilot-style daily-wear watch, with a dial layout intended to prioritize legibility. Orient Watch USA describes the AC0H family as a “pilot’s type B” design; that is the retailer’s classification, not a formal certification.
The reference is also listed regionally as RA-AC0H02N10A in the United States and RN-AC0H02N in Japan. Check the full reference on a listing, since family members such as RA-AC0H01L, RA-AC0H03B and RA-AC0H04Y have different dial or strap presentations and should not be assumed to share every detail.
Movement and timekeeping specifications
The F6722 supports automatic winding and manual hand-winding. Orient Watch USA also lists hacking seconds, which lets the seconds hand stop when setting the time. These are published movement features, not the results of a hands-on test.

| Specification | Published detail |
|---|---|
| Movement | Orient Cal. F6722, made in Japan; automatic and hand-winding. Orient global model page. |
| Hacking seconds | Listed by Orient Watch USA for RA-AC0H02N10A. Orient Watch USA listing. |
| Power reserve | Approximately 40 hours on the US listing; more than 40 hours on Orient Japan’s product page. These are manufacturer specifications, not a measured sample result. US listing; Japan product page. |
| Accuracy | Orient Japan states static accuracy of +25 to -15 seconds per day. This is a published specification, not a guarantee of an individual watch’s daily performance. Orient Japan product page. |
| Jewels and calendar | 22 jewels and a date, according to Orient’s global model page. Orient global model page. |
The regional descriptions differ slightly on reserve wording, but both put the stated running time around 40 hours. The accuracy figure is explicitly static; it should not be read as a promise that every watch will gain or lose within that range in everyday wear.
Case size, strap and wearing fit
The case measures 42.4 mm across, excluding the crown, and 49.4 mm high on Orient’s global page. Orient Watch USA gives a 49.5 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 11.6 mm thickness; Orient Japan also lists 11.6 mm thickness. The Japan listing specifies a 22 mm nylon band, and the US listing gives a 22 mm lug width.

Diameter alone can understate how large a watch wears. The roughly 49.5 mm lug-to-lug length is especially relevant on a smaller wrist, because the ends of the case can extend beyond the wrist’s flatter top. Compare that measurement with a watch you own and like, ideally using its lug-to-lug length rather than diameter alone. A 22 mm strap is a common fitting specification, but confirm compatibility for a particular replacement strap and reference before ordering.
Water resistance and materials
For the RA-AC0H02N, Orient’s exact global model page and its US individual listing both state 100 m water resistance. The individual US page also lists a screw-down crown and screw case back appears on Orient’s global specification page. Orient Watch USA’s family-level AC0H page uses the phrase “resilient 200m case,” but that family marketing claim conflicts with the exact-model pages. Do not apply the 200 m figure to this reference without an exact regional product page confirming it.

A stated water-resistance rating does not by itself establish a diving certification or guarantee suitability for a particular water activity. Follow the watch’s manual for operation and care, and check the exact reference’s regional specifications before relying on a rating.
Crystal descriptions are also region-specific: Orient’s global model page calls the front “Crystal Glass,” while Orient Watch USA identifies it as mineral. Neither cited exact-model page establishes sapphire crystal.

Variants, availability and what to verify
Orient Watch USA lists the family references RA-AC0H01L10A, RA-AC0H02N10A, RA-AC0H03B10A and RA-AC0H04Y10A. The color and strap presentation may vary, and the available specifications do not establish that every family member has interchangeable straps or identical specifications. Check the exact reference and regional listing for the details that matter to you.
Orient Watch USA’s RA-AC0H02N10A page showed the watch as out of stock when checked on October 7, 2026. Stock changes, so verify availability directly rather than relying on that captured status. For instructions on operating or caring for the watch, Orient’s user-guide product-number search includes RA-AC0H references.

Who should consider the Orient Flight?
- A good match: someone looking for a mechanical pilot-style watch, who values manual winding alongside automatic winding and is comfortable with a case measuring 42.4 mm across and about 49.5 mm lug-to-lug.
- Think carefully about fit: anyone whose preferred watches have shorter lug-to-lug measurements. The case length is a more useful fit check than diameter by itself.
- Verify before buying: anyone choosing between color or strap variants, comparing regional listings, or relying on a specific crystal description or water-resistance rating.
Bottom line
The RA-AC0H02N’s published specifications make it a straightforward mechanical pilot-style daily-wear option: F6722 automatic and hand-winding movement, date, and a model-specific 100 m water-resistance rating. The trade-off is its substantial footprint, particularly the roughly 49.5 mm lug-to-lug length. Check fit and confirm the precise reference and regional specification page before making a decision.
