Oris says the edition honors Hank Aaron and supports the Chasing the Dream Foundation; the official US page displayed a price of $2,700 and marked it unavailable online when checked in 2026.
What makes the Hank Aaron edition distinctive?
Oris places this watch in its Big Crown Pointer Date family and describes it as a red, white and blue version created to honor the life and legacy of baseball player and humanitarian Hank Aaron. The visual theme and the connection to Aaron distinguish it from a standard Big Crown Pointer Date; the underlying format remains a stainless-steel automatic watch with a pointer date.
The edition is limited to 2,297 pieces. Oris connects that number to Aaron’s record number of runs batted in (RBIs). The manufacturer says Aaron broke Babe Ruth’s home-run record in 1974 and co-founded the Chasing the Dream Foundation, which aids disadvantaged youth. Oris says the watch supports the foundation, but its product page does not state a per-watch donation or what share of proceeds goes to the organization.

Straps and everyday fit considerations
The listed leather strap gives the watch its supplied primary configuration, while the set’s extra NATO strap and changing tool make it possible to switch the look without sourcing a separate strap. Oris lists a 20 mm interhorn width, which is the key size to check when considering a replacement strap. Confirm a third-party strap’s fit and attachment compatibility before buying; width alone does not establish that every strap will fit properly.
