The Oris ProPilot X Year of the Snake Limited Edition is an 88-piece, 44 mm titanium watch powered by the hand-wound Calibre 115, with a stated 10-day power reserve and 100 m water resistance. Announced in December 2024 for the 2025 zodiac year, it sets the open-worked movement apart with cyan-toned details, a gold snake-tongue-shaped reserve hand and a commemorative caseback.
What is the Oris ProPilot X Year of the Snake?
It is a limited edition of the ProPilot X Calibre 115, reference 01 115 7759 7117-Set. Oris announced the watch in December 2024 for the 2025 zodiac year and says the run is limited to 88 individually numbered pieces. The edition’s changes are principally visual; launch coverage describes the movement as technically similar to the standard Calibre 115 version.
Oris connects the color treatment to the Wood Snake theme and describes the gold power-reserve hand as evoking a snake’s tongue. Its Japanese launch release says the titanium caseback has a Year of the Snake engraving. Oris also presents the open-worked movement as a view of the mechanism itself, emphasizing its barrel and reserve gauge.

Movement and display
The Calibre 115 is manually wound and has a stated reserve of 240 hours, or 10 days. Its non-linear power-reserve indication sits at 3 o’clock, while the small seconds display is positioned between 7 and 8. The movement runs at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) and has 38 jewels, according to Oris.
The skeletonized construction leaves the movement architecture visible. The blue-green accents and gold reserve hand distinguish this edition, but the available launch descriptions do not establish a different rate, reserve or other mechanical performance from the standard Calibre 115 version.

Case, color and wearing dimensions
The 44 mm multi-piece titanium case is paired with a titanium bracelet and a folding Lift clasp. The 22 mm interhorn width is listed by Oris. Fratello reports a 12.5 mm thickness and 50 mm lug-to-lug measurement, figures that may help assess fit but are secondary-source dimensions.
Color descriptions vary by source and market: Oris’s regional product listing calls the dial green, while independent launch coverage describes cyan. Oris’s Japanese release identifies cyan details and Super-LumiNova on the central hands and indices. The gold reserve indicator provides the contrasting snake-tongue motif.

Price, warranty and availability
Published prices are market-specific and date-specific, not a single current worldwide price. Oris Japan’s December 18, 2024 launch announcement listed ¥1,397,000 including Japanese tax. Oris’s product page displays CHF 8,200 in its Martinique storefront; Fratello and Monochrome reported €8,200 in launch-era coverage. Those figures reflect distinct regional displays or historical reporting.
Oris’s product listing states a two-year warranty and says free MyOris registration can extend it to five years. Check the applicable terms and eligibility in the buyer’s location. Fratello reported in January 2025 that the brand website had sold out while boutiques and retail partners still had availability then; that report does not establish current stock. Oris directs visitors to stores, and its listing notes that the watch is not available for online purchase in the displayed storefront.
