What is the Panerai PAM01529?
PAM01529 is Panerai’s Luminor Marina Carbotech Luna Rossa, a special-edition model connected to the brand’s Luna Rossa sailing-team partnership. Its design combines the Marina layout with a blue dial and team-colored strap, while Carbotech is used for the case and bezel. Panerai describes the wider Luna Rossa collection as drawing on yachting’s technical innovation and aesthetics and identifies its partnership with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team: Panerai’s Luna Rossa collection page.
Panerai’s catalog describes Carbotech as a structure made from high-performance long carbon fibers. That is the brand’s material description, not an independent performance test; the official product record confirms that PAM01529’s case and bezel are Carbotech.

What the movement and dial offer
The official regional listing names the automatic caliber P.9010/GMT, but the functions it specifies for this watch are hours, minutes, seconds and date. The “/GMT” label alone is not evidence that PAM01529 provides a second-time-zone function, so it should not be assumed from the name.
The blue sun-brushed dial keeps the display straightforward: luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers, a date window at 3, and a small-seconds register at 9. Fratello’s launch report supplies the 72-hour reserve and 30-bar water-resistance figures; those are attributed launch-report specifications, not current independent test results.

How the Luna Rossa details and straps fit together
The team connection is expressed through the blue dial and the official blue bi-material textile/rubber strap. Panerai lists the strap at 24/22 mm and specifies a 22 mm trapezoidal titanium buckle with DLC coating. Fratello’s launch coverage also reported an extra dark blue rubber strap.
The 24/22 mm measurement is useful when checking replacement options, but it does not prove that every strap advertised at that width will fit. Confirm attachment style, taper, buckle compatibility and PAM01529-specific fit before buying a third-party strap.
