Panerai called it the first Submersible in its history with a green dial. Its defining details are a brushed steel case, automatic P.900 movement with a three-day power reserve, 300-metre water resistance, and two supplied straps.
When did the PAM01055 debut?
Panerai announced the Submersible Verde Militare on 5 November 2019, describing it as a 42mm e-commerce-exclusive special edition limited to 500 pieces. The announcement framed the model for online sales; it does not establish whether new examples remain in stock today. Panerai’s 2019 announcement is the primary source for the launch and specifications.
Panerai described it as “The first Submersible in history to have a green dial.” That is the brand’s historical claim, not an independently established survey of every earlier Submersible.

What does the green dial and strap package include?
The dial is described in the launch material as solid military green. The set includes a green rubber strap plus a second black high-tech water-resistant strap with a Velcro closure and titanium loop. Panerai also lists a dedicated strap-changing tool and a screwdriver for removing the buckle.
This supplied equipment supports swapping between the included strap options. It does not establish fitment for third-party straps; confirm dimensions and compatibility before buying an alternate strap.
