Its silver guilloché dial, sandstone-coloured counters and pale Tufo rubber strap give it a softer, stone-inspired palette than a conventional dark sports chronograph. Parmigiani’s official product page currently lists it at CHF 50,000.
What is the Tonda PF Sport Chronograph Sandstone?
Reference PFC931-2020021-400182 is the no-date version of Parmigiani Fleurier’s Tonda PF Sport Chronograph, distinguished by silver dial finishing and sand-toned sub-dials. The maker describes the strap’s Tufo colour as inspired by pale volcanic stone, and characterises the watch as combining “performance, refinement, and the relaxed elegance of the Mediterranean.”
The case is 18-carat rose gold with polished and satin-finished surfaces. On the dial, a triangular-nail guilloché pattern sits behind recessed sandstone-coloured chronograph counters. Monochrome’s July 17, 2025 first look also describes luminescent rose-gold indices and hands, plus a textured rubber strap with saddle-style stitching and a rose-gold folding clasp.

The movement frequency, reserve, certification and rotor are Parmigiani’s published specifications, not independent performance-test results. Monochrome additionally reports a column wheel, vertical clutch and one-piece reset hammer in the PF070.

Water resistance should be checked periodically as seals age.
- COMPACT 39MM WRIST PROFILE: The WD1863 measures 39mm across the bezel, with a 41mm mid-case, 46mm lug-to-lug length, 12.9mm thickness including the raised crystal and 20mm lug width. These proportions balance the detail of a three-register chronograph with a wearable footprint. The 20mm bracelet remains proportionate to the case, while the raised crystal adds vintage depth to the compact design.
How much does it cost?
Parmigiani Fleurier’s official product page lists the watch at CHF 50,000. That is the maker’s current listed price, accessed in 2026; it should not be treated as a universal, tax-inclusive price for every market.
Launch coverage published in July 2025 cited different prices: Monochrome reported CHF 49,000 on July 17, while Time+Tide reported US$53,100 on July 18. Those are dated launch figures in different currencies, not current conversions of the official Swiss-franc listing. The publications do not explain the difference.

What “hands-on” means here

How it fits into the Tonda PF Sport Chronograph range
Monochrome notes that the collection includes steel and rose-gold cases as well as variations with different counter colours. A meaningful comparison with another reference should account for case material and dimensions, dial colour and date layout, movement frequency and certification, power reserve, water resistance, strap or bracelet, and price by currency, market and date. The available information does not establish a current like-for-like price table for every alternative.
