Its 42.5 mm case, 14.4 mm thickness, 30-watch edition and current official listing price of CHF 140,000 make it a substantial, highly specialized complication—not simply a dress watch with an unusual dial.
What makes this Toric Chronograph Rattrapante different?
This is the rose-gold Natural Umber version, reference PFH951-2010001-300181-EN, introduced in 2024 and limited to 30 watches. It should not be confused with Parmigiani Fleurier’s separate 2026 platinum anniversary version, which has an Agave Blue dial and a different reference.
The distinction is functional as well as visual: this Toric combines hours, minutes and small seconds with an integrated split-seconds chronograph. The extra chronograph hand allows two elapsed times that start together to be read at different stopping points.
How does a split-seconds chronograph work?
A rattrapante, or split-seconds, chronograph has two timing hands. They begin together; one can be stopped to record an intermediate time while the other keeps running. The stopped hand can then catch up with the moving hand. That makes the complication useful for comparing the times of two events that begin together but finish separately.

Parmigiani describes the movement as a 5 Hz architecture with dual column wheels. The official product page summarizes it this way: “The movement of the TORIC Chronograph Rattrapante in 18ct rose gold beats at a high frequency (5Hz) and incorporates a double column wheel.”
What is inside the PF361-SLIM movement?
The PF361-SLIM is an integrated, manually wound chronograph movement. The official specifications list a frequency of 5 Hz, or 36,000 vibrations per hour, a 65-hour power reserve, 285 components and 35 jewels. The movement itself is 7.35 mm thick.

The 2025 Parmigiani Fleurier catalogue specifies 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph registers. Hodinkee’s 2024 coverage identifies the running seconds at six o’clock. These registers and the multiple hands make the dial’s timing layout more involved than that of a conventional time-only watch.
How are the case and dial specified?
The case is 18-carat rose gold, measuring 42.5 mm across and 14.4 mm thick, with an ARunic anti-reflective sapphire crystal and sapphire caseback. The official water-resistance rating is 30 m. These figures describe a substantial precious-metal chronograph; the rating does not make it a dive watch.

The Natural Umber dial is hand-grained, with applied 18-carat rose-gold indices. Fratello’s 2024 hands-on account notes seven hands, recessed subdials, a knurled bezel, oval pushers and a ribbed crown with an integrated rattrapante pusher. Hodinkee describes the dial’s warm brown tone, shaped edge and beveled subdials. Those publications’ visual impressions are not a substitute for trying the watch on: the stated dimensions are the dependable reference for judging its scale.
The 2025 catalogue lists a sand-gold, hand-stitched nubuck alligator-leather strap and an 18-carat rose-gold pin buckle.
